   OK, but some things were wrong which didn't need to be. We ended up feeling disappointed. The steak looked nothing like its picture, which I guess you can forgive. Chilis is not a place for a big fat steak and - sure enough - we didn't get one. That said, I don't think it was a 300gm cut. With the steak the menu said I would get green peppers. The photo suggested they would be fried. Instead it was a broccoli salad with chunks of raw garlic in it. Chilis isn't meant to know that garlic disagrees with me, but why be specific in the menu if you are going to deliver something else entirely? The presence of the garlic meant I couldn't feel safe eating the rest of the salad, so there's a side order wasted... shame! For my son, we asked to have the burger with no onion. Sure enough, it arrived with onion. We had to scrape it off. This sort of thing is tedious but reliability is the reason to go to a theme franchise place... if I had wanted an adventure I would have eaten on the street, so it was disappointing not to get exactly what we were told we would get. The rest of the food was nice enough.

   We went to Chili's Clark Quay for dinner and we were happy we made the right choice. The first impression was great: the lady manager on that day (01.09.2018) was friendly, warmly welcomed us in. Our waiters - were helpful, fun and very attentive to our needs. They made our night much more delightful. Highly recommended for a chill group of friends to go there for gathering.

   Went for the lunch set at Clarke Quay outlet. The soup was horrible. Took a spoonful of it, and if it wasn't for a lunch with client, I would have spit out the soup. Terrible taste. The portion for the main was miserable too. One of us ordered the fish and chips. Looks like kids meal. Would have paid for non lunch set, if I knew the portion was so small. But then again, I don't have confidence in the food standards. Long John Silver probably much better.

   Food quality dropped. Portions very small for the price paid. Service was bad, perhaps it was just too crowded on a Friday night.

   We appreciate the staff of Chili's for making some adjustments to seat all of us in the group. they were also very attentive to our needs and made sure we are having a great time.

   This is the 1st time going to Chili’s in SG. Was not impressed with the food. The mushroom soup was salty, Enchiladas was crispy and too cheesy. The steak and Fries was for some reason not fantastic at all. Sorry Chili’s. I love going to Chili’s when I was living in States. My favorite restaurant but you are no where close.

   it's good but it lacks in some service areas, such as taking orders we have to repeat our own orders to the waiters

   Food was ok but service was really bad. The outlet compared to RWS outlet was not crowded at all yet the service is very slow in terms of taking our orders. It was Christmas Eve so my friends and I chilled a longer than usual at the restaurant. We were shocked when the branch manager or waiter suddenly turn up at our table with the bill. It is not as though they are closing for the day. I think it is plain rude to do that.

    Chilli's staff are attentive and helpful. Though it was crowded, Chilli's staff are within reach.
