Friends with Benefits welcomes chef Stephanie Izard Friends with Benefits was created by chef/owner Jorge Guzmán in 2023 as a way to cook with friends whom he rarely sees and gave him an opportunity to give back to the community. Chef Guzmán has invited some of the most notable chefs in the country to Minneapolis to just "hang out" and cook together all the while donating the proceeds to charity. If you ask him he'll say "selfishly i just wanted to cook with chefs I really admire and look up too and wouldn't have a chance to otherwise" and what a better way to raise awareness for charity and give back.
