In 1958 Chico was the hotel’s speakeasy, a cozy secluded lounge hidden from the lobby. In fact, Chico Cabaret was originally designed and named after a famous speakeasy in Manhattan. It is our intention to recreate that era with an emphasis on curated live entertainment where seasoned performers are featured, be it burlesque, DJs, live musicians and singers or comedy.

$45 minimum consumption per person
Sushi and Tapas available from Monday to Sunday starting at 5:00pm.

Ambiance was kind of boring. The band singers were good but it sounded like the music weren’t coming from the band but from a computer DJ type.

Pasamos un rato súper agradable con nuestro mesero que fue genial Jesús nos atendió increíble haciendo recomendaciones muy acertadas del menú y las bebidas, el manager del lugar fue muy amable llegamos un poco tarde pero hicieron que todo valiera la pena, regresaremos sin duda 😍

The place that always feels like home ! The absolute best Sushi will be found here, coupled with respectable libations. The entertainment and people watching are the best part. Absolute must visit in Isla Verde

Great birthday Celebration with the great people of Chico Cabaret at the Fairmont El San Juan. Food was great, music was flowing, and they even sang Happy Birthday to me. A night to remember for sure.
