The service was dreadful. No fault of the waitress but rather the kitchens inability to deliver food in a timely manner. We were a party of 6. My food arrived about 10 mins after placing the order but the fries I'd ordered were borderline undercooked. More than 35 mins later the final plate arrived. The server apologized multiple times and to be fair, the management comped three of the 6 meals. A week earlier we were told that problems with the plumbing prevented them from serving ice water with the meal. We ordered bottled water only to informed a few minutes later that they'd run out. We will be back but only because we enjoy playing Trivia there on Wednesday nights. They obviously have some major kitchen issues right now.

Tried Chickie’s & Pete’s in Reno recently. The food was actually really good—definitely worth coming back for. That said, the service was very slow during our visit, which was a bit frustrating. Hopefully it was just an off day because the menu has a lot of great options. I’d give it another shot.

The lobster fries were so amazing, as was the seafood pasta. We will definitely be back!

the people up from were rude . it was too noisy . they put us by there trivia game and we could enjoy ourselves due to being loud . we just wanted to eat and watch a nice baseball game but had our table near there do tribal game and was too loud

Nice vibrant, friendly atmosphere. Service was attentive. Food was generally not good. Of the 6 people in our party, only one meal was satisfactory. Avoid the pizza. Soup was bland and lukewarm. Cheese steak was saturated in cheese sauce..order light on cheese or get it on the side!

We had the Warm Lobster Roll, Fish Tacos, and shared an order of Crabby Fries. All of the food was quite boring. The fish tacos were okay, but the warm lobster roll was very bland, and most of the crabby fries were over-salted and over-cooked/hard. The price for the lobster roll was $37, but not worth $10 due to the lack of actual lobster in the roll. The customer service was great, but it didn't make up for the sad quality of the food. I don't recommend it, and we probably won't be back.

It was a busy night with a concert going on so gave grace on that the bartender could not keep up with cocktail orders our food arrived and almost finished eating before they got to our table, our waitress and manager came by and apologized and competed our drinks. Food was amazing would visit again maybe just not on an event night.
