   It took 45 mins for us to receive our food. The waitress had to apologize. I think she forgot to log our meals into the computer system

   I was a little disappointed in the donut desert. It was good but the sauce was cold and they no longer include the maple sauce. It used to be two sauces and a nicer presentation. The food quality and service was very good overall.

   The restaurant was empty but still took almost 15 minutes to get our beers. When our food finally came out it tasted like it had been sitting under the warmer for 10-15 minutes. I’ve never had a problem at this restaurant but I have to say I was quit disappointed this time. I also wrote on our reservation that we had a birthday and nothing was ever said about it which is the least of my worries. Hopefully next time our service is a little better and our food is actually fresh tasting.

   The iced tea tasted like water from an old pipe, there was way to much old bay seasoning on the fries! The chocolate martini was horrible and the patty melt meat had hard bone like things in the ground beef! Service was terrible! We had to wave and try to get their attention and it was empty! Just a horrific visit!

   Our waitress, Wiggles, was outstanding! Thank you for adjusting our reservation on short notice. The food was great as we spent an enjoyable time catching up with friends!

   They were great! We had a large group and they took very good care of us. We were in a sectioned off area so we could all talk and watch the Phillies game without disturbing other guests. Thank you!

   The service was absolutely terrible. We received our food before our drinks. Two out of three of us received our meal at a time. The third meal came out after the other two finished their meal. The two greeters at the podium just sat people and looked for open tables with their ipads. They walked by tables that were dirty and could have bussed the dirty dishes themselves.

   Came in everything seemed fine. Was sat in the back corner which progressively became feeling hotter and hotter. It was a hot day but felt like No AC was on. Ordered a pizza with half no cheese sever said it can be done. It came out with cheese on the half we requested no cheese. This is an allergy reason. Then the problem comes with the sever telling us after she said they can make another that there is cheese is the sauce….at this point we are done with this place all locations. The owner is gluten free but doesn’t offer any gluten free options. This place thrives on poor service.

    service was spotty. order was messed up for one of us. pizza wasn't great. overall was ok just not great
