Spacious dining area with a clean look and our server Alayna was friendly and prompt. Food was really good.
For being a Friday night, the place had consistent traffic, but not very busy. It was VERY loud inside and somewhat distracting being inside a mall, so much so, that we asked to move to a corner in order to have a conversation. Dinner was ok. It was our first time here and we both agreed that this place would be better for lunch.
Worse experience ever! Food was bad including the salad. They charged us per glass of water and per soda. Staff was no where to be found. Avoid at all cost.
1st-Time Diner. My party ordered Shrimp Ceaser Salad, Chicken Mac n Cheese, Chicken Fettucine Alfredo, and a Pizza. The service was very inattentive and slow- no drink order taken, no mention of specials/ menu additions, no additional napkins offered, no water refills, I could go on and on.
Staff also is not appropriately or professionally dressed (one server wore a pair of daisy dukes).
Entrees and salads were not up expectation or to temperature (ex. Dressed salad greens were warm, but shrimp were cold. Red Onion on ceaser salad?)
Fettuccine pasta was unseasoned and the past not throughly cooked (not even al dente). Pizza is average.
I was pretty embarrassed by this meal and the total experience, since I chose to take my family for Sunday dinner. I would not plan to dine here again..very mediocre.
Very good pizza. Good deal, and fine service and drinks.
Pizza just wasn’t great. I was expecting something more exceptional than pizza I can pretty much get anywhere.
Love the hand tossed pizza crust. Love the beet salad. Love the chopped salad. There is a sign stating that there will soon be a salad bar. If the beet and chopped salad are no longer available, we won't be returning.
This was our second time eating at Chicago Woodfire Pizza and we were very pleased and a good choice of wine for our pizza.
Server barely spoke English. My order came out wrong despite asking for and pointing to the item I didn’t want on my pizza. No refills on water. Charges the same price for a kid’s lemonade as the cost for an adult drink. My son’s food came out last and was not a “normal tasting kid’s pepperoni pizza.” Normally I would have my son still eat what he ordered...that was the case until I tasted his. I wouldn’t even eat it. Manager didn’t seem to care and did nothing to rectify the situation.
Good morning and thank you for this opportunity oh I will tell anyone to stop by the experience that myself family and friends enjoyed was wonderful...
We came out celebrating to family members birthday we celebrated and laughed and talked and just really enjoyed ourselves...
We ordered the pizza was to 2 for 20 we end up ordering 4 Pizzas🍕 for those because the children just enjoyed it, the breadsticks that came with the Crab leggs 🦀 besides rice and vegetables what's a great..
The waitress oh we had so much fun first we have one young man Sergio or and then we end up getting two more Kayla and Dan.. because we was having such a great time the manager Mike came over and we all just laughed and talked and say happy birthday...
Yes we will be back I would invite friends strangers it's a great atmosphere and I will tell you this much here and it's affordable...
Great Job to everyone..
Super tasty pizza and great service. Thanks
Food had no flavor and service was mediocre at best. Prices were a bit high for what was delivered.
My husband and I went with another couple. They got their pizza and started eating. We waited for our pizza while we watched 2 other tables who arrived after us get their food. One was a deep dish pizza. We ordered thin crust. Finally found our server to inquire. She came back and said the manager will be by to talk to us because our pizza was dropped in the kitchen. We had theater tickets and needed to go soon. We didnt have time to wait for another one. They were going to make us a hand tossed one which would be quicker. And no charge. It wasnt as crispy as I would have liked but tasted good. Had to eat quickly and go.
The food was fresh and so very tasty. The server (Colleen) was EXCELLENT!!!
We had a large group of 10 and were given a nice round table. Our server was great and food came in a timely manner. The manager also checked on us frequently. However... the chairs were soooooo uncomfortable. I know this sounds minor, but the overall experience of our work reunion dinner was really compromised. We couldn't wait to leave. Too bad-
Could of been cleaner, the floor was very sticky.
It was so cold in there, it was not enjoyable to eat.
Went for a quick dinner around 6:30 thought it would be busy but it wasn’t! Great food and drinks. Everything tasted fresh and pizza was delicious!
TERRIBLE SERVICE! After waiting over an hour and a half for food, we asked them to bag up our order, which still wasn't done. They told us 5 minutes. Another 20 minutes later, still no food we asked them to cancel the order since we arrived at 6:15 pm and it was already 8:15 pm. When we arrived we had a bottle of wine and a pizza, instead of trying to make right - the manager, Barb, had the audacity to make us wait for the check so we could pay the $28 we owed for drinks and apps - AFTER 2 hours! There was no apologies, or attempt to make the service better, just excuses for a kitchen that was behind which was interesting since all the table around us had food and the restaurant was barely full - now we know why. They could have made good on the bad service with a sorry or to cover the $28 check but gave little thought to our experience. During our time there, 3 other tables around us complained about the service and burnt pizza, again it is not a surprise now. We will NOT be back and made sure to let friends and family know how bad they handled their customers. What a disappointment!
We LOVE Chicago Woodfire pizza Co! Seriously, best pizza ever. I had the Carnitas Mac N Cheese this time and it was so delicious. Service is always top notch!
Food was amazing! Service was even better. Decor is so cool and feels like it should be in the city. The owner nicky came by to thank us for dining there and Shannon did an awesome job with our drinks. We’ll definitely be back.
We sat in a padded seat both. The tables had all metal design. I imagine sitting on metal for entire meal not fun. Our plates wear not clean. We were not given utensils until we asked for them. We ordered Chicago style deep dish pizza. It came in a pan lined in cardboard. Reminded me of grocery store pizza. I think if we return will get the thin pizza as it was cooked in a fire oven that customers could see. We ordered soup and it tasted good but was not very warm. You can enter this restaurant from the mall or from the parking lot. If you sit by the parking lot door in the winter when customers leave you will be blasted by cold air. As far as the mall this is in I would recommend it. Management needs to deal with cleanliness of plates and utensils given out.
Another great experience at Chicago Woodfire Pizza Co., our server Caitlin was very attentive to everything we needed.
We did not find anything special about this mall pizza joint. The restaurant was marginally maintained and the service was terrible. We needed to request napkins and cutlery three (3) times before the young waiter finally brought them to us. The food was okay but way too much onions in both our dishes. My wife had a wrap and I had a personal pizza off the menu. We were expecting more from a Khayat restaurant and will not be back to this one.
We made reservations for kids night in which Magic Dave, magician visits. However, he did not make it. The restaurant failed to update the signs outside the restaurant (still advertised for Magic Dave and kids night) as well as the Facebook event.
The service was poor as we waited 45 min for food for a relatively empty restaurant in a Tuesday evening. The tables are very small, which is not conducive for large pizza orders! We could barely fit 2 adults and 2 children with a drink. There was no place to put the pizzas we ordered!
We have other preferred pizza restaurants in the area-we will not be back for pizza.
When we arrived and told the hostess we had a reservation for 7 she responded with “oh” turned and walked away. It should have been our sign to leave. The service was poor. Our waitress obviously could have cared less about us. She put all the waters, plates & napkins at the end of the table and left them there. We passed everything around ourselves. She also disappeared for long periods of time. She didn’t put in my husbands order. She said she rushed it and it would be 4-6 minutes. It arrived 20 minutes later. They were “nice to give us 10% off but that was less than the price of the burger. It would have been better for us to just not pay for the burger. I do not recommend this place.
Good value, nice people, service a bit slow at times.
The restaurant was very crowded so the noise level was quite high! Overall the service was a bit slow, but not too bad!
I really enjoyed the hand tossed pizza crust. The regular crust is too doughy. Salads are always fresh.
great pizzas and wraps. very friendly servers and staff.
Great experience at Chicago Woodfire PIzza Co. for a team holiday lunch. The staff was fantastic! Very attentive, offered honest suggestions. Drinks and food were both delicious!
Food was good, service by Nichole was excellent! Loved being able to reserve online. Especially being at a mall! Will be back.
Pizza was RAW the dough was so undercooked you could pull it with your fingers. Upon attention to the manager they just offered a new pizza which would also seem to be raw? Don't come here if you want to eat raw pizza.
Terrible thin crust pizza...crust tasted like cardboard
The new menu is worth a look. The salads are quite good--always fresh.
Over priced for the amount of food you get - sadly disappointed with this new place.
The kids enjoyed Magic Dave.
Our experience here was AMAZING! The food was DELICIOUS! Our waitress was awesome! We definitely will be back!
Understaffed. Ran out of silverware and glasses. Order was incorrect. Waiter appeared flustered.
Great food & service! A little too loud though but other than that, we have a great experience!
Order Colleen’s Island for your drink! Great food and atmosphere.
