    Servers didn’t know if the $65 steaks were medium rare or rare. They charged us for a mac and cheese they never brought and then couldn’t remove it from the bill so they had to bring us a drink we didn’t want. Service too bad for how expensive it is.

    A date with my husband, really nice place we sat by the street, the dj really impressed us with a song I haven’t heard in around 20 years! Guy must be from Cuba to really know that singer, food was awesome and our server (guy with a beard) was so nice he moved my table and still worked with us even though we were far from his site.

    I used the inKind App to pay. Something went haywire. The manager directed me to try again. I did and same results. The manager then asked me to pay again bypassing the app. I now have 3 payments pending on Amex. You need to test any apps you use before putting them into use. Either that or disassociate your self with the app. It was embarrassing since we were dining with the parents of a good friend of John Kunkel, owner of 50 Eggs Hospitality Group of which Chica is part of.

    Our 2nd visit, this time better than the last only because we were able to explore more of the menu this time. We literally liked every item on the menu and had a hard time making a decision. In the end, we are excited to go back and keep working our way through the rest of the offerings.

    Birthday dinner almost ruined! There’s excellent service once you can actually get in. I made a reservation for 9:30 PM and wasn’t sat until almost 10:15! The FOH staff seemed to not control seating well at all as they walked around me and never even asked why me and wife were standing the hostess stand for almost an hour. I requested a booth but we were sat in the lounge instead. The hostess with the red hair completely ignored us for 45 minutes but once we were sat the music was lively,food presentation was excellent and everything you would expect from chef Lorena Garcia. Would have loved to have given a better review but based on how I was ignored and then not sat where I requested given the long wait it’s unfortunate to see CHICA miss the mark. Wouldn’t book a birthday here again but if you’re coming in for pre game drinks at the bar before going out it’s a good time.

    Terrible!! Music is way too loud, is too crowded, food was ok but definitely pre prepared, coming so fast, prices are typical Miami prices but this was not worth it…. Crowd is too young….. kids by the bar….

    The place has good ambiance, not loud. But service is really poor, drinks took over 30 min to be delivered to the table, even when the place wasn’t busy at all. Didn’t suggest another drink. Entrees came first than the appetizers. Crazy $7 per person fee for cut a cake. Food was good. A little pricey, but honestly, not my best experience at all.

    To be honest for my second visit (brunch) it was so worth it. Took my friends to try their brunch and every single person had a great time, great food!, great service! Music was non stop. People are very hyped. Not a dull moment in there. Can’t wait to go back.

    Service use to be better when it 1st opened. Since then it's fallen off a cliff. Our server didn't check on my party of 8 the whole time we were sat. I had to flag her down or one of my friends did. Also, had to wait an hour to get sat. My original reso was for 5 and made it for 8 people. Was quoted 30-45 mins. took 60-75 mins. Based on my last two experiences I will not be coming back to this location. I'll stick to the Vegas one where hospitality and service is unmatched.

    I traveled from the Caribbean, a small island named St Kitts for my birthday and want some where with great good and service. Intentionally stumbled across CHICA RESTAURANT and it surpassed all expectations. Will definitely be back!

    Food and ambiance are amazing here, but unfortunately the service is lacking. Our waiter routinely ignored us and the wait for drinks and food were extreme. We sat at the table for 20 minutes before the waiter even came to greet us, waited another 30 for appetizers and 40 minutes for dessert. Very disappointing for the price of the meal.

    Had high expectations but they came short as the food was nothing to die for and way overpriced. Ordered a ceviche and literally could have finished the plate with one scoop i’ve had a spoon. Empanada was good though. Wine list was good but again way overpriced for wine selection. Overall experience was ok but paid $360 for two people, (two appetizers, two entrees, one bottle of wine). Don’t mind spending in a good dinner but was not extraordinary by any means. Party ambience, music and service were fire though. Recommended if you want to have dinner, party after hours and spend a lot.

    Music was way too loud. My wife and I couldn’t hear the waitress or one other. Then, around 8:45 pm they turned the music up. I moved to sit next to my wife so we could talk, but the manager came and told me that was not allowed and I had to move back to the other side of the table. This was a night club and a restaurant at the same time in the same space. Maybe some people enjoy that experience. For us it was an unwanted assault on the senses. Food was very good, but costly.
