CHICA Las Vegas, an innovative concept from John Kunkel’s 50 Eggs Hospitality Group takes guests through a culinary journey of Latin flavor. Critically acclaimed and touted in Las Vegas Magazine as the “Latin-dining hot spot,” CHICA serves up an array of show stopping dishes created by Celebrity Chef, Lorena Garcia in a playfully, vibrant atmosphere.

Latin Fusion cuisine is Chef Garcia’s forte. Appetizers, main courses, desserts, and even cocktails are crafted with an infusion of cultural heritage allowing diners to explore multiple cuisines all at once. CHICA’s menu presents a dynamic take on classic Latin dishes, from the tastes of Venezuela, Peru, Brazil, Mexico and Argentina. Open daily for lunch and dinner, CHICA also welcomes guests to a lively weekend brunch and a seductive nighttime affair, CHICA Nights Friday through Saturday.

    El lugar es muy agradable, las entradas son ricas pero me parece un fraude el tamaño de las entradas, una miniatura, todo es demasiado pequeño.

    Disappointed Birthday Experience This was my second visit, and I chose this restaurant for my birthday dinner based on a previously peaceful and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, this time was quite different. Despite it being a weekend, I was surprised to find a DJ, performers, and a dance floor, which dramatically shifted the ambiance from what I had experienced before. The music was extremely loud and jarring, jumping from Latin tracks (which wasn’t so bad just loud) to early 2000s pop like old Justin Bieber, seemingly to cater to the crowd attending a nearby Backstreet Boys concert. It felt off-brand for a restaurant that markets itself as Latin American. Not to mention, there was a drummer intermittently blowing a loud whistle that was genuinely painful to hear and disrupted any chance of a relaxing evening. To add to the frustration, service was noticeably slow. Our server would disappear for long stretches of time, and it often took 15 minutes or more just to get basic requests handled. Otherwise she was very friendly, she just had a lot of tables. At the end of our meal, we were informed, only after receiving the bill, that an 18% gratuity was automatically added, even for just a party of two. While I always tip well, I don’t agree with it being forced upon you, that actually makes me not want to tip at all. The whole set up seems to spring it on you unexpectedly last minute and hope you’ll avoid asking for the manager to remove it. The information is not provided upfront and the lack of transparency is a good way to lose returning customers. If this restaurant wants to lean into a party atmosphere, that’s their choice but it should be clearly advertised. Guests deserve to know what kind of experience they’re walking into, especially when it significantly deviates from the brand’s cultural promise. This visit felt more like an off-brand budget nightclub than a Latin American restaurant, and that’s not what I had in mind for a birthday dinner.

    The scallops were amazing! The cocktails was delicious! I was dismay with the music, it was more club music rather than Latin music which is why ai gave it a 4 rather than a 5. The service was fantastic!

    Great brunch selection. Fresh and tasty and great service. Kids menu with usual selection but good burger. Very loud music being mixed by resident DJ.

    We enjoyed our time. I’d recommend the lobster Benny! The burger was a little salty for me but I’d definitely return to try other things :)

    Our server was great. The food was delicious - we got a fennel seed salad, lime hummus and chicken sandwich.
