CHICA Las Vegas, an innovative concept from John Kunkel’s 50 Eggs Hospitality Group takes guests through a culinary journey of Latin flavor. Critically acclaimed and touted in Las Vegas Magazine as the “Latin-dining hot spot,” CHICA serves up an array of show stopping dishes created by Celebrity Chef, Lorena Garcia in a playfully, vibrant atmosphere.

Latin Fusion cuisine is Chef Garcia’s forte. Appetizers, main courses, desserts, and even cocktails are crafted with an infusion of cultural heritage allowing diners to explore multiple cuisines all at once. CHICA’s menu presents a dynamic take on classic Latin dishes, from the tastes of Venezuela, Peru, Brazil, Mexico and Argentina. Open daily for lunch and dinner, CHICA also welcomes guests to a lively weekend brunch and a seductive nighttime affair, CHICA Nights Friday through Saturday.

    We enjoyed our time at CHICA Las Vegas. Great ambiance and food. The DJ played a great mix during our brunch which had us singing the lyrics to the songs. Our server was sweet and very accommodating. Definitely worth returning for another memorable experience.

    I come to LV 2x a year. And for the last 5 years, I always go to dinner at Chica....it is always a fantastic experience. The service is always great and the food is constantly amazing. It's difficult nowadays to find an amazing restaurant that constantly has amazing food and exceptional service...while maintaining a fantastic atmosphere. Love Chica.

    We ate from the Restaurant Week Menu. We really like Restaurant Week you get to choose from a lot of different things and get a very reasonable price. Hamachi Tiradito was awesome the spice the acid the brightness everything was right on point. Had the Venezuelan Braised Short Rib. Cooked very well tender and flavorful. The cotija mash was very tasty smooth and creamy. My wife had the Fire Roasted Salmon. It was cooked perfectly. You can’t go wrong if you get the Tres Leches for dessert.

    We dodged VOS (Vegas Overeating Syndrome) by sticking to the "Small Bytes" and "Raw" neighboroods of the menu. It turned out to also be a way to hit some of the most interesting dishes. CHICA is true Strip in that a fortune has been spent on a high-build premises designed to hook the passer-by. But underneath there is some really good chef work. Service is experienced professional, wine list is "small but well chosen" (to use a common but useful phrase). Argentine pinot noir and Albarino were good. The Fria Frio Vinho Verde solid. Recommend and would return. Details: Oyster Mushrooms sweet and earthy. Totally hooked. Asado Arepas, a (large) single bite of sweet piloncillo on short on pull-apart short rib meat. Quesa Birria Empanadas. Just need ten more of these, along with the dipping sauce (guajillo consomme) made from the cooked meat stuffing.

    Fantastic meal celebrating my mom’s 70th birthday! Our server made her feel really special and even got her to do her very first shot. Can’t wait to return and try the dinner menu.
