Patron BEWARE!! We made a reservation and did not get our entrees for 2 hours. The waiter of two days was trying his best, and when my daughter went to ask the waiter if the food had been forgotten or the order was lost. The Manager came up and said ‘They were trying their best’.
One entree arrived 15 minutes after we asked for it and the other two entree came out 10 minutes later.
Then at the end of dinner, we were told to wait while they restated the computer and then 10 minutes later we were asked if they could write our credit card number down and charge the bill later. I said I was not comfortable with that and said I would pay cash.
I will never go back to this place because even though things can happen, the Manager was upset with us for asking for the dinner after two hours and never came over to apologize for the delay in food, not able to use the credit card and of course poor service for 2.5 hours. Definitely not worth $140.00 cash for three dinners.
Great food, outdoor dining? Nice evening.
Really fun, good service, food mediocre
We picked this place off of the food reviews. When we arrived, it was busy and so many people were complaining about their service when we were sat down. We however understand the shortage in staff and product shortage. We were greeted by our server, nice guy, I think his name was Lee? We could tell he was a little defeated on how the people across from us treated him, so we just offered him that last for being here today so we can enjoy dinner out. It seemed to help pick him up with positive conversation. Our food was delicious and the Risotto was so good that we will drive back up from Sumner to eat it again. It was great service and wonderful food. Be kind out there everyone, food service needs us too
A disappointing visit to Chianti. A few items on menu were sold out. We waited nearly two hours before receiving our food. When we received out bill it had the wrong (and more expensive) items on the bill. We sent it back and it was corrected. We have had much better dining experiences there. I hope this was an one time occurrence.
I have been living in Kirkland for nearly 5 years and I am sorry to say I have never dined at Chianti's. Partly because I thought it was for more formal dinning and when I would walk by in casual attire I thought I was underdressed (my bad). Chianti's was excellent from the moment I met the hostess to meeting our server Michelle. Michelle was very helpful in offering her expertise in selecting our wine and our wonderful and delicious entrees. We were fortunate to dine outside and it was a great view of the marina and people watching. I highly recommend this tasty Italian restaurant. Thank you Chianti. ~Kelly~
Service was awful
It was OK. It was a hot day and they don't have AC/fans. Waitress kept pushing dessert while we were still eating our main course, felt like she really wanted to get out of there. Drinks were meh, what kind of Italian restaurant can't make a bellini?! And serves a not-very-cold rose? Food was pretty good though
For such an expensive restaurant I expected every dish to be great and the restaurant to be clean. Some dishes were good, most were barely ok. The service wasn’t terrible but I think maybe just too busy. The restaurant itself was hot; no ac, the bathrooms were disgusting. It looks nothing like the pictures. I would not return.
Got to sit on the patio for Fathers Day lunch and it was delightful: good food, good weather, and friendly staff.
Had a party of 9 but accidentally made a reservation for only 8 and they were totally willing to accommodate us!
We arrived to a room full of children. Very noisy. Good idea to dine later in the eve.
I lived in Florence for 3 months and I've been looking for an authentic Italian restaurant that could make traditional Italian pasta and this place is amazing and the pasta as well and the pizza were amazing and full of flavor! I will be coming back for sure!
Restaurant refused to sit our party. They said they don't use open table anymore. Told to come back after 30 minutes to see if there would be an open table.
The food was adequate but nothing to die for. The food is delivered a bit slow especially for a bigger party such as waiting for everyone to be served can cause the first people served food to be just warm.
Nice little place. I ordered my steak medium well but got it medium rare. It was quite tasty anyway so I decided to not send it back. It was very tender. The drinks were just ok. We didn’t try the wine though which may have been a better choice.
