Chi Spacca in Hollywood is one of our favorite places to get excessive in LA. This involves a lot of meat.

chi SPACCA is one of our favorite dining spots in L.A., always perfect. Next time we want to sit at the kitchen bar. We love everything about this place.

Some items had patches of extreme salt and lemon. We ordered short ribs and received Korean short ribs. Server did not mention it was Korean since not written on menu. Just not good overall. Very disappointed

An all around wonderful evening.
The food was sensational and the service was first rate.
As it was our first time, we tried numerous items and each
one was better than the next. The chicken and porterhouse steak stole the show though. Both were sensational. Although we had no room for desert, we ordered anyways and the budino and strawberry rhubarb
Crostini were both superb. It’s not cheap, but save up your nickels and dimes and GO!

meat here is the main event and it takes 45 minutes on the grill, not much you can do if it comes out wrong. ours was under-done, over salted and arrived pre-cut, so sending it back to the fire wasn't going to improve it. waiting another hour for a new one wasn't an option either.. so we just ate around the edges of the cold gelatinous pink middle of our $80 pork :-/
it was either an off-night or chi spacca is on the slide. on previous visits everything was perfection and the servers were the type who would clock this and take care of it.

Amazing menu, great service, and the food was delicious. We ordered the two types of salami and grilled octopus appetizers to start, and the Lamb chop entree with roasted cauliflower to share between two. Everything was great. The place is very small, and a reservation is a must in order to be seated, but the food was worth it. I can't wait to go back to try the other entrees on the menu.

We had a great experience at chi spacca. It was my husband and I's second time coming and we invited our two friends who came for the first time. Our server Chelsea was awesome. She attended to us very often and was very friendly. Nancy also came by to say hi and that was a pleasant experience.

Salty, oily, unaccommodating are still acceptable but untruthful is not. Careless and unapologetic. Management did acknowledge missteps after asking a lone waitress that was professional for help. Dry aged 28 days New York steak done correctly but full of sinew, disappointing. Overrated and way too sure of themselves.
