   I have been to Chi a few times now and will keep returning. The atmosphere, food, menu choice and location are all good but what really makes this restaurant worth visiting is the service. The staff are all so friendly and make you feel very welcome; nothing is too much trouble. Looking forward to my next visit!

   Very tasty food. Excellent presentation. Staff very attentive and freindly. Early in evening so have not been during busy period. Not cheap but I believe worth the cost due to the exceptional standard. Will definately return.

   First time eating here. Great food. Service was initially good at welcome stage. It was then a little slow at times, and plates weren’t fully cleared when asking for dessert/ coffee stage. Dessert arrived and still no one took dirty plates. Basic things that should be done. Had to ask for them to be cleared, then this was done. I had to ask twice for the bill and bearing in mind this is near the cinema complex, speed is important. Staff were very friendly though and it looked like a good team. Food was very tasty and we’d definitely go back.

   Overpriced for such small portions. Service charge of 12.5% automatically added is plain WRONG!!

    Really good experience at Chi - the menu is vast and we enjoyed the concept of food being freshly prepared and arriving when it was ready with everyone digging into what they fancied - so a great sharing experience. Overall it was a little pricey at £25 per head (with only soft drinks)
