Loved our date last night at Chez Moi! Romantic atmosphere and delicious, well executed French food. We will be back!
Came here for Valentine's Day and was not disappointed. Great food, great atmosphere, and great service! Highly recommend!

Chez Moi brought its “A” game to Valentine’s Day. Food was exceptionally good. We enjoyed French onion soup, the cassoulet, and the evening’s special surf and turf and profiteroles and chocolate mousse for dessert.
Enjoyed it. Waiter was a little distracted but We has a nice time.
Only 2 of 5 dishes were good/decent (both soups). The rest was so bad that we didn't eat much of them and actually sent a dish back.
It was Valentines. My husband and I arrived on time. According to open table our reservation was from 5:30 to 7:30. We understand that this is a very book evening. We had know intention of spending two hours dinning. We we sat down we were given our menus. It was about 5 minutes we were asked what we wanted to have for cocktails and are you ready to order. We ordered our drinks. I felt rushed and mentioned that our reservation stated two hours. With that being said, well we are booked tonight and have over 200+reservation. I explained that our reservation stated we had two hours and would appreciate not being rushed. So my husband order the French onion soup. It literally came in 3 minutes flat. My husband wait for me to be served my lobster bisque soup. It was 14 minutes and I might add luke warm at best. If. Of course we did not return our food to the kitchen. I once again made the statement we are not in a rush. We were told “we put the order in and go by what the chief says”. So ate our meal. We were very please with the taste of the food. However, thought they were small portions. About 8 minutes into our meal the table boy asked to clear our table. I said “No” we will let you know when we want our plates cleared. We were no way finished with our main course. From there we ordered a second drink. I then said I will let you know when we will order desert. We ordered ate paid our bill. Dinner was 150 + 20% tip. We get it and don’t want minimum wage servers to suffer. I was very disappointed, the owner/waiter avoided the tables that were being treated by the same waiter and was so gracious with other table.
It doesn’t take much to be pleasant to all guest. Shame on her and shame on the restaurant for having you employees fell they need to explain that the restaurant has over two reservation. Everyone know that this is a big night for restaurants. We just want a few minutes to relax.
We were the second couple in the restaurant. They tried seating us next to the only other couple in the place. The room was filled with tables that were two inches apart. When I asked to move, we had to stand awkwardly for four or five minutes by the other dining couple as the boy went to ask the manager if we could have another table in the empty restaurant. The table they moved us to was wobbly, so I folded up my napkin and shoved it under a leg. Valentine's Day menu was not on the website; so when I viewed the menu online a few hours before to familiarize myself with it I was looking at the regular menu. I had my heart set on a dish that the server told me the kitchen had, but would not serve me. I only got what I wanted after I threatened to order the $8 house salad instead of the $25 item I wanted. Other parties being seated near us asked to change tables because they couldn't pull the chair out from the adjacent table.
One of our favorite places for when we want to dine alone or with a small group of friends. Always excellent food and intimate ambience. Our last evening at Chez Moi was for the birthdays of our son and daughter in-law.
Everything about our visit to Chez Moi was amazing. I was a little nervous because my husband and I don’t eat French food often, but the food was unreal - the flavor was so good, and the ingredients so fresh. It is clear the chef loves what he does. Our server was great as well, the perfect balance between attentive and giving us space. Will definitely return.
I took my mom to Chez Moi for her birthday dinner and we were both thoroughly pleased and satisfied with our meals. So good!
Great service and good food. My favorite was definitely dessert. I got the Chez Moi's Famous Gateau Breton with Caramel sauce, and it was completely unexpected in terms of flavor but great. I would highly recommend it.
I enjoyed my first visit to Chez Moi - the ambiance, the food, the staff were amazing.
If anything, I wished that they did not close at 9pm on weekdays.
The lobster bisque was fantastic, and the best part of the meal! The lamb shank was good, but didn't have much flavor to it. Our server was kind, but not very attentive to our table. We would definitely go back just for the lobster bisque.
We arrived earlier than our reservation had set, but we were welcomed warmly. We had lots of questions about the menu, but our wait person was courteous and very friendly. We enjoyed the food and sat there talking for a while. Altogether, it was a very lovely experience.
We got a last minute reservation for Restaurant Week & they did NOT disappoint! My date said it was the best lobster bisque she'd ever had. My beet salad & braised lamb shank were both wonderful. The scallops were also wonderful, as was the molten chocolate cake. But I could write about the Gateau Brenton Salidou for days. It was the best dessert I have ever had. The cake had a shortbread flavor, the texture was dense & it wasn't too sweet. It was appropriately rich for the wonderful French ambiance. I will definitely return for that!
First time at Chez Moi and we had a wonderful time. The staff were pleasant, attentive, and helpful. The restaurant week menu was excellent - lamb shank was flavorful and tender, while the Duck was excellent. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience. We will definitely come back again. Well done.
We ate at Chez Moi during restaurant week which is always a difficult time to judge a restaurant. However, the service was just not up to standards. We had made reservations, but the restaurant was busy and our table was not ready. We asked if seating at the bar and having dinner there would be an option. The host seemed very happy to get a table back and said sure. The bartender never seemed to be around, serving tables close to the bar (never a good idea with a full restaurant and busy bar). It took them a long time to clear the bar in front of us. It took us a very long time to get our drinks and even longer for us to put in our food order. This whole experience put us off before we even got our food. However, good food can sometimes change a bad beginning. Unfortunately, the food was just okay. We started with the Beef Tartare which was pretty good. We had the braised short ribs and the roasted chicken for our main entrees. They both lacked salt and really did not have a lot of flavor. Overall it was fairly disappointing.
Restaurant was busy. First night of Restaurant Week too. Service is good and attentive waiter and staff. We ordered off the price fixed menu for Restaurant Week. Everything was good and well seasoned.
