   Confirmed booking 3 days in advance, arrived at the restaurant and they had no record of our booking and their restaurant was fully booked out with a private function. This was explained by staff in three different ways : 1 - They had never used OpenTable and were unsure why their restaurant was advertised there 2 - They had seen a lot of people turning up with online bookings this week where they didn't have any record of the bookings 3 - "I can only advise that you should always book directly with the restaurant" Extremely poor service experience.

   Lovely service excellent food and reasonable wine pricing. Great cocktails too

   The food was very nice not much atmosphere as it was pretty empty , we were starting to get a bit annoyed as it took half an hour from we arrived to get our bottle of wine and water even though it wasn’t busy.

   Turned to and told they were fully booked and they'd no space for our booking. No assistance to find somewhere else etc

   Food was poor. Actual dishes were not as what was written on the menu. Some ingredients were forgotten about. Waitress was forgetful, didn’t pay attention what was ordered, made unnecessary suggestions such as advised to orders sauce to the dish which already come with plenty of sauce. The whole experience was very bad which is unfortunate as the place itself was lovely.

   Great place for casual food which hits the spot and great value. Leah was our waitress and she really made it for us. She was great, she was really welcoming and was really helpful with recommendations on the food and drinks 😊
