   Excellent Dinner! Great Service! Terrific Drinks! HIGHLY recommend!! We had tuna, sliders, flat bread and cheesecake. Everything was really really good.

   Wow. This restaurant doesn’t miss! The food was phenomenal, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was amazing. My guest has allergies so Chef Ellie came to the table to talk about the different food options. She was courteous & extremely knowledgable. It was an amazing experience. Also, the vocalist, Ramona, was amazing. I will gladly recommend this to everyone. Thank you for yet another amazing dining experience.

   I was told when I booked this reservation that a certain performer would be there. She was not there and I was not informed of the change. I asked called repeatedly and left voicemails about altering my reservation and was never called back. **Correction: it was Rachel Warwick who was to be performing but was not there, not Hannah Cole**

   Hi Susanna, The night you came in we had one of our most popular artists preforming. We advertised that they would be there, so I'm not sure who you were intending to see. I'm sorry no one got back to your phone call. I don't have any voicemail that matches your name. Luckily, you booked and reviewed on OpenTable, and they make it easy to cancel or alter your reservation. In addition, we don't hold a card or deposit for your booking, so you were under no obligation to come in that night. I sincerely hope you at least enjoyed your food and drinks though!

   My husband and I celebrated our 6th year wedding anniversary here. We had an amazing time! The food and drinks were delicious. The ambiance was chill. The smooth jazz piano set a romantic mood. Our server was kind and personable. We got a dessert on the house! We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys a top quality dining experience.

   Nice place. Regular guest. Cool eclectic menue. Nice music and setting. Nice drinks as well. One of the premier restaurants in St. Augustine.

   This restaurant is a must go in St. Augustine. Food was outstanding. Atmosphere amazing. Staff was great to talk to and made some of the best recommendation’s.

   If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience, Chez L’amour is a must-visit! The food was beyond delicious—every bite was a symphony of flavors. The atmosphere is truly one-of-a-kind, offering a blend of elegance and charm that sets the perfect mood. To top it all off, the live music added a magical touch, elevating the whole experience. Our server, Joseph, was outstanding. His attentiveness, friendliness, and helpfulness made us feel so welcomed and well taken care of. He truly went above and beyond, adding that extra sparkle to an already amazing evening. Chez L’amour has definitely earned a spot in our list of favorite St Augustine restaurants.

    On our spring break we choose this restaurant because we wanted something nice, small plates and a nice environment. We spent $50 on an uber to arrive to the restaurant to find that it was closed. No notification from Open Table or the Restaurant that it was not open but Open table confirmed the reservation. The reservation was late it was 9:30pm, and we ended up being stuck in the town for over an hour trying to find a restaurant to find that everything closed at 10pm. It was very disappointing. I recommend that Open Table and the restaurant do a better job at communicating as not to false inform guests. As for the restaurant we never got a chance to try it.

    Hi Tamara, Thank you for your feedback. We try to staff according to our daily reservations. We can see that you booked at 9:08pm for a 9:30pm table that same evening. Our last reservation before that was 7:45pm. When the last patron leaves, the bar will sometimes close early when it's not a busy weekend night. We had staff at the restaurant moments before your arrival. If you had called, you could have spoken to someone and we could have either stayed open or informed you of an early closing before getting a car to the restaurant. Thanks to you, we have made some changes on OpenTable to prevent late day-of reservations in the future. It's a shame you chose to give us a 2 star review without experiencing the restaurant itself. We hope you come back and book in advance to give us a try.
