It all started in 2009 when they met at a restaurant in Laurier. Quickly, their common passion brought them together, and they are linked to a great work and complicity of a beautiful friendship. With 22 years of experience, Louis is a veteran of the restoration. At the time, he quickly saw the potential of Felix in the field. With his curiosity, skills and ambition, Felix reminded him doubtless himself that age. Inseparable from, their passion for good food and good wine led them to create a restaurant in their image. This was a find by my cousin who has introduced me to this restaurants a few years ago. I had a great experience then, and am happy to see that their standards for service and food has not changed. The staff is quite friendly and the food is to die for. Expect it to not be for the person on a budget. Very difficult to pick something from the menu as so many delicious options. This time I was debating between the Bison medallion and the Crusted Lamb chops. I decided for the Lamb, and started with grilled octopus.
