First time using OpenTable. Chevy’s was really busy on a Friday night. Employees tried their best on this hectic night.

Food was great, service was not. A ton of people working, but literally all just running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Restaurant wasn't even busy.

Can’t complain for the price. Workers are over worked but kind. Will be back. You get what you pay for and I’m 100 percent ok with it!

Restaurant was not crowded yet we were shown to a table outside, where the waiter began arguing with the seater that he didn't want people outside he had too much work to do. It took 45 minutes for us to receive our food, no refill on drinks no refill on chips. The music was so loud it was impossible to talk. Overall a terrible experience

5/12/2024- This was out 1st time doing a Mothers Day Brunch at a resturant. I recieved the email for the adversitiment and made the reservation for 11am. We did get there on time and they were not set up for us yet (party of 9). It took our waiter 45min to even take our order. It was only after the manager (we assumed in the black suit) came to check on us and I stated it was 45min in and we have not been asked for our order yet). We were under charged (but YES, we over tipped) and it was actually very sad. Our youngest (10years old) was served last and he even had to ask for his food (he just got the corn dog bites). Our waiter told him that it was sent to another table. Our brunch took over 2 hours from start to finish. We even had to ask for the fruit that was on the brunch menu (that we did order off of) and we also had to ask for our desert that was off the brunch menu (that we ordered from). We did not have any alchol, but maybe we should have. The food was ok, it just took forever to get there. We were just shocked when the youngest kid's meal was the last to the table

Usually we have a great service here but this time it was terrible . Took forever to get a waiter , food took an hour to come out , once the food was out we had to wait for tortillas and by the time that was brought our food was cold ! We love chevy’s but this was a bad experience
