   Incredible food. I had the beef short rib and it was remarkable in flavor, preparation and quantity. While slightly expensive, even for a ski resort, the meal was quite good. Nearly unmatched.

   The food was good, but when I asked if we could sit by a window with a view they sat us in front of a construction site! The reason we ate dinner there was because of the amazing views around the grounds!

   Great place for a little nicer meal when you want more than slopeside food. Staff was friendly and efficient and the ambiance was very nice. Hubby and I ordered the Mediterranean Shrimp and the Long Bone meal. Both were excellent! Highly recommend!

   Worst Rib Eye in my life! I asked for med-rare; it came medium well and waaaaaaay too salty! It was $65.. All the food was heavily salted. Waitress was average. She should have served the drinks at one time on a tray. We had to ask for appropriate red wine glasses. Clearly the wait staff needs training. Very disappointing. Not worth the money!

   I can't recall our server's name, but she was fantastic, sweet, and very attentive. It's nice having wonderful service especially during these "difficult" times. Since we loved the Mountain board last time, we chose to have it again and it was just as good as we remembered. Also ordered the chickpea orzo and red velvet cake. Everything was delicious and nicely presented. A large open dining space, great for large groups or a small intimate table for two, with views of the slopes and pool/tub area out back. There's also a small bar up front as well as a few small tables in that area as well. Prices are what to be expected for mountain resort dining but service was definitely on par. Thank you, to the staff and Chet's! We'll be back next time we're here skiing

   Enjoyed a cozy meal after a full day on the mountain! Food was hearty and delicious in an easygoing setting with live music and a grateful audience. Our server, Rebekah, was pleasant and very accommodating. Would definitely come back!

   Salmon was nicely cooked. Said it came with Aspargus, but could hardly see the pieces of Asparagus, it was more of a garnish. Presentation on Salmon was pretty. Husband said his philly seemed overcooked, and roll soggy. You are sort of stuck at resort for a nice dinner meal unless you want to travel by bus if you don't have a car. What we had was average, not amazing. Good enough. Salads looked good, though I did not order one.

    Had a reservation and was seated right away. Waited 15 min. before anyone asked me if I'd like to order. Gave my order, waited another 5 min. for my cocktail. Still nothing so I left after 20 min. Worst service

    Service was friendly and efficient. Food was okay— nothing special. A little overpriced for what you get… like 14 dollars for a reheated pretzel!

    Salmon and orzo plate was great Half chicken plate was a small for price . But overall good .. Trevor was very pleasant ... I would not say there was a bar scene, more of a restaurant only vibe .. I would return

    we were the first to arrive in the restaurant. My partners drink arrived then my wine was accidentally served to another table then promptly replaced. We ordered dinner and after a long wait, my chicken arrived warm with all the sides cold and a long hair attached to my plate, my partners arrived cold, and his prime rib, which was to be served Medium Rare to Rare, was gray! I got up from he table to find our waitress who was standing with a group of servers and asked her to take back the food and pointed out the hair. "OOPS"...was her reply. The meals left the table and then after a 10 minute wait, she returned to tell us they were firing a new set of entrees. No mention of the hair! The next set did arrive warmer and my chicken was decent. the bison prime rib did arrive the correct temperature and color. When asked if was "better" I said "Yes! especially without the hair!" We ate it as we were starving and had no other options for dining at this point. The chef did come out and apologized for the poor experience and then did take $20 off our tab. so we were acknowledged. Overall, the room was tired, the food was mediocre and as for the Farm to Table claim on their website, this was a major disappointment.

    Great service, our wait staff was wonderful. I ordered the the shaved bison sandwich, would have prefer that the bison was really shaved and not thickly sliced. Two others in our party ordered the chicken, one was cooked, the other plate, the chicken was somewhat under cooked. Just food for thought...no pun intended!

    Salads were amazing! Great service. As with all the restaurants in the resort- food delivery was slow- likely due to staffing?? But our server was wonderful and we would go back again.

    Too loud to think with poor live guitar/singing... couldn't converse amongst ourselves and waitress could barely hear us.

    We ordered the charcuterie board and it was missing a few items and the cheese that was in the plate was old and the deviled eggs were old … the waitress brought us more of the cheese on plate that was freshly cut because they didn’t have the chevre cheese… the ambiance was like a big cafeteria and we didn’t order entrees because the appetizer was so awful… we would never go back there. Yuck! Overpriced poor quality cafeteria food…

    Service was very slow to notice our presence, which was 15-20 minutes after being seated, and we were not able to order and receive even drinks until after 30-35 minutes at our table. A very disappointing start to a special evening, although after expressing my disappointment to our server, our service did improve significantly. Despite another server observing and sharing their concern with our situation, no help was extended to our server, which was especially concerning. It appeared that staffing was not adequate to satisfactorily service customers. The food was good.

    Got the special, which was a New York strip. It was cooked a perfect medium and seasoned perfectly with some salt. Mashed potatoes had slightly more garlic than I like but most people probably love. The fresh green beans were small, tender, well seasoned, and perfectly cooked to crisp-tender. Attentive server. She treated us well even though we were not ordering alcohol.
