Cherokee Grill and Steakhouse

Hands down the best steak I have ever had. The 4 of us each said the same. The cucumber martini was great. The server was obviously incredibly busy. He was stretched way too thin because he would ask a question and be walking away while we were still answering. It did take away a little from the experience of a nice restaurant. However, he got everything correct he just felt very rushed the whole time. Overall, we all had a great experience. The food was absolutely amazing. We will be back every trip!

Food was definitely not worth the price. Service wasn’t good.

Food was subpar, had to send my entire back and they made the same mistake- not sure they know how to cook everything on the menu. The service was also subpar- extremely inattentive.

The steaks were amazing. Our waitress was kind and quick! The kids loved chicken sandwiches and steak! Would highly recommend

For such a busy area, this restaurant was nice and quiet, reasonably priced, and the food was excellent.

on our visit to Gatlinburg we could not decide where to eat dinner after we looked at our opp. we decided on Cherokee Grill and Steak House we were glad we did great food and service

Dining was perfect! Great food!
My only complaint is that our table was right by AC vent and it was really cold, it was blowing a cold wind.

Great steakhouse just across from Ober Gatlinburg. Plan ahead and make a reservation. I really enjoyed the teriyaki steak.

Great place. Excellent service. A little disappointed in the filet mignon. I didn't think it had any flavor. Didn't taste seasoned at all. Shrimp cocktail and prime rib excellent

The bar staff was not up to par, but the dining room servers did their best this busy week.

An excellent meal on a Saturday night had a very busy time in Gatlinburg. Steaks were perfectly cooked

We went here a few nights ago and the service wasn’t great. We tried again and this time it was fabulous! Marla was very attentive and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend.

Birthday Dinner

Great as usual

Enjoyed our meal. My only thing wrong was steak was undercooked. Otherwise, service was great and atmosphere wonderful. Steak was still good but I like Med Well and they only cooked Med Rare. I would normally send back but we were on a time limit so I just ate it.

Service was slow and inattentive. Carrie, our server, didn’t come around very often. Food and atmosphere was wonderful.

I had much higher expectations for the place. It was just good, which is fine. A little too expensive for the product though. Host was really rude when we walked in and acted annoyed that we were there. Server was kind, but nothing special. That’s how I would describe this meal- nothing special. Blue cheese grits were nasty, my steak was undercooked but tasted DELICIOUS. Super tender and flavorful. Cool atmosphere. Won’t go back again, but not a complete failure.

We come here each time we visit Gatlinburg on vacation. It’s a great restaurant with a very nice atmosphere.

Not great, not awful. Expensive but pretty decor. More upscale than the typical food in the Downtown strip.

The greeter was very gracious and helpful. The server was nice and efficient. The food was fantastic. We will return soon!

The mixologist at the bar was not familiar how to make a simple Cosmopolitan. My friend had that. They were terrible. I had the Prime Rib. Something about it made me sick. My husband thinks his sour cream was bad. It was not the same caliber of food that night, as before. The Peddler was actually, better.

The steaks were awesome. The service was excellent. Wasn’t our favorite area to sit in at a booth. The sides are a little small but yummy.

Prime rib was outstanding

Spinach artichoke dip was on point. Filet was cooked to perfection, with potato loaded( it was less than warm). Husband had pork chop and loved it. Overall great food, service and cleanliness was above standard to what I’ve seen elsewhere. Will definitely be back.

Amazing food and service as always

Ambience is very nice. Trout was extremely bland as well as the blue cheese grits. Kids steaks had decent flavor but was like chewing rubber. Chargrilled shrimp very good. Overall just ok.

Thanksgiving dinner. Seating was so that half the party was looking at the kitchen. Reminded me of stools at a diner look. Although I like diners, this was not a diner so a little remolding would be nice. Fried chicken was love as well as a steak order. Thanksgiving specials were good with a large amount of turkey. Pumpkin cheesecake would be rated a 5/5. The only person from our party who didn’t like the food ordered a seafood special. Said to have been too fishy tasting.

This was our Thanksgiving dinner. Everything was amazing. Service was great too. We loved everything! Highly recommend.

This is a very cool restaurant and we will return on our next trip to Gatlinburg. Great view of The Parkway. The Thanksgiving meal was really good. We ate Salads. And ate Desserts.

I tried the Boursin Filet and it was amazing! Best food we ate all trip! Definitely make reservations!
