   Amazing! We had the best dinner!!! Our waitress Marlena was such a delight!!! She was friendly and engaging! The food was exceptional and the drinks were on point!! We found the restaurant by happenstance while visiting our son and will definitely return every time we are in NOLA!!! Highly recommended

   The food and drinks were awesome. Our waiter was nice and explained the menu so well I tried a dish I never eat, fried quail legs, and they were delicious.

   Sitting outdoors was great. The weather wasn't too hot and the sun was down, so that helped. My server, Ashley, was excellent. She was knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive, without being intrusive. The food was amazing. I would go back for certain.

   The food was flavourful with unique ingredient combinations and the drinks were quite tasty as well! The service was impeccable and the wait staff knowledgeable and helpful. The ambience was wonderful except for two young men at the table next to us using the F word as a matter of course but hard to get away from that these days. All in all a wonderful experience!

   The atmosphere was scenic, very comfortable and welcoming as you viewed the MS River. Cool to watch river ship traffic passing to the sea, Chemin a la Mer as you enjoyed a fabulous meal! The food was excellent and not over priced for what you get. Suggest the Pork Belly & pan seared Salmon!

    Very nice ambiance. Pace of service seemed slow. Everyone enjoyed their food. Ribeye was fantastic as was the pork belly and fish of the day. Dessert of chocolate Bome’ was great.

    Our shrimp boulettes were over fried (very dark) and under salted. Both our side of pommes boulangere and entree grit cake were also very under salted. Oysters and pork belly entree were very good. Figure it was just an off night but multiple items way under seasoned.

    Our server (who we found our later was the manager) was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. The food was great. It just took us a bit to find it as our info did not tell us it was inside the 4 seasons hotel!

The baked feta was a delightful combination of warm, tangy cheese and fresh herbs, perfectly complemented by a drizzle of olive oil. The foie gras was rich and decadent, a true indulgence for the taste buds. The grouper special was cooked to perfection, with a delicate yet flavorful sauce that enhanced the natural freshness of the fish. The ribeye, cooked to the requested temperature, was tender and juicy, bursting with savory flavors. The pork belly, with its crispy skin and melt-in-your-mouth texture, was a delicious highlight of the meal.     Blue crab salad was divine and had the very best east and west coast raw oysters I’ve eaten in a very long time. Our service was excellent and the ambiance was great. This Four Seasons is above and beyond all expectations. Well done.

    The moules and frites were meticulously prepared and danced on my tongue, while the divine and buttery sauce elevated my tastebuds to a realm they had yet to experience. The skirt steak, cooked to perfection, exuded tenderness and flavor that left an indelible impression.     I love the ambience, I love the food. The service is ridiculously slow - perhaps intentionally. I do understand the food experience should not be rushed, but a 45 minute lag between apps is a bit much. Imo. Forgetful waitstaff, albeit very nice and friendly.

    The food was fine but customer service was lacking. I realize it was a busy day, but the hospitality was non-existent from the moment we entered the hotel. Once to the restaurant, we were not greeted by anyone and had to stand at the host stand for at least 5 minutes before we were acknowledged. Overall, I would give the food 5 stars but the experience was definitely a 1. The icing on the cake was the valet running into a curb with my brand new BMW and damaging the wheel. Will I return?     Chemin à la Mer was an absolutely delightful experience overlooking the Mississippi River. The cocktails were delicious, and the service exceptional. Ashley was very kind, attentive, and made great dining recommendations. We we’re celebrating a birthday, and while it was too windy to light a candle, the server brought out best wishes with a delicious crème brûlée and a lovely singing voice.

    We had a lovely dinner the evening we arrived in Nola. What a beautiful view of of the river. Sam greeted us warmly and sat us in a cozy booth inside as it was a bit windy for outdoor dining. Tracy our server was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations. We ordered the Baked Feta which which is maybe one of the best creations ever. Additionally we ordered the Filet Mignon and the Pork Belly both prepared perfectly. Sam was kind enough to check on us before we finished. We were sad as we had no room for dessert, hopefully we will have space next time!
