The Chef's Table is always a delightful evening. Once again, we had our favorite server, Colin, who was attentive and knowledgeable. Dinner is 3 courses, pris fixe, and optional wine pairings are excellent. Colin knows his wine, and has given us excellent advice, and sometimes an off menu choice when we have had the dish before. I ordered the foie gras - a small upcharge, but I am addicted. My main course was a filet mignon. I don't order it often here, but it is really better than at most of the local upscale steak houses. Perfectly rare, tender, and the mushroom rub just added to the delight. Sweet potato bread pudding rounded out my meal. Not sure how long it well be available, because it is seasonal, but was divine. And just the right size. If you haven't been, give it a try. I promise you will be glad you did.

From the moment we walked in the staff was friendly and attentive. Sat in the back by the cooking station and was great to see all the foods going out. Our waiter Colin was knowledgeable and accommodating with foods and wine. He was great at explaining each dish and wines to recommend. I noted in my reservation I was a vegan and my meal was 100% catered to this. The meals with my family dining was amazing and they enjoyed every bite. I would recommend this place without a doubt and you won't regret your decision. I can't wait to go back!!!

Love this restaurant! I was worried about having 8 people, but we had our own private room across from the kitchen, it was so cozy and made for a great experience. Our waiter, Gari was excellent. He described the items on the menu and the cocktails down to the last ingredient, truly amazing. Everyone at the table was so impressed by his knowledge of the food items and recommendations. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection. A must try is the mushroom torte which was so delicious and the cabernet sorbet was very good as well. The cheese board was phenomenal, each variety of cheese was served with a jam or fruit that complimented the cheese, excellent starter. Next time I am in town, I will definitely make it a point to visit again.

We read about this place on reviews and ended up driving 35 min from busy Orlando. 1/2 way there I was saying to myself why travel this far when you have so many choices closer by. Once in the door it was like a typical local bar but then once you give your name, it’s like a speakeasy. They take you through an employees only door to another seating area situated close to the kitchen with private waiters and waitresses. Our waitress was wonderful. I took all her recommendations as she explained why on each selection. Looks like she loves her job because she enjoys traveling to foodie destinations near and far. All I can say is just go. Good people, good food, good prices. What else is there in life.

Inspiring and lived to up to expectations. This was my first time dining at the Chef's Table although I had heard nothing but positive reviews; all of which were true. The 3-course Chef's menu is perfect for not leaving you hungry with fancy but inadequate food nor does it suffer from excess, leaving all of us perfectly satisfied as the conclusion of the meal.

The Chef' menu consists of appetizer for one that includes 4 to 5 items that will satisfy almost any palate. The same with the main course, consisting of fresh Florida fish (black grouper on our night), Filet, Pork Chop, etc.. Dessert again offered 4 - 5 items from fresh fruit, chocolate torte, sorbet, and bread pudding.

Chef's Table is $58pp and you can add a wine pairing for $27 which is ~2 1/2 glasses of wine.

The offer an okay wine list, nothing spectacular but it pairs well with the food. Several draft and bottled beers are available as is an extensive drink menu from a well stocked bar.

Wonderful everything! Cuisine and service were exceptional. This is a higher price menu, and was discovered to be well worth it. We found the atmosphere to be nice, but also cozy, relaxed and enjoyable (which I really liked).

My husband and I visited for our anniversary. We were seated promptly at one of the tables in the back of the building for the Chef's Table menu. It was quiet, quaint, and romantic. Our server was so much more than typically expected-- he was our perfect dinner guide. He was warm, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He was perfectly capable of answering all of our questions about the craft cocktails and wine list, while thoroughly describing every detail of the menu to us. He recommended the perfect meal and paired beverages for the night. My husband is a chef, and he was rather impressed with the quality of ingredients and the execution of the menu. We both loved our appetizers, entrées, and desserts. My husband got the duck breast, and claimed that it was the best-prepared duck he had ever eaten (he orders duck whenever it is offered, including a few Michelin-star establishments). I had the porcini-rubbed filet, and it was perfectly-temped and scrumptious. The house-made demiglace will haunt my tastebuds until the next time I have the pleasure of experiencing it. At the end of the meal, our wonderful guide brought us a tray with a "Happy Anniversary" card and two delectable peanut butter buck-eyes for my husband and me to enjoy. It was such a nice touch to end a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend visiting this establishment. It was perfect for our special occasion, and we look forward to returning shortly.

First visit; had high expectations, but won't go back. Started in Tapas Room which is really a limited seating bar with bar tables and a tapas menu. Food was good; bar advertises hand-crafted drinks -- hubby's choice was made in advance/in bulk. Room was loud with people enjoying time after work. Seating at bar was very tight, uncomfortable. On-line Chef's Table menu included lamb; Chef's Table menu at Tapas Room included lamb, but different. Hubby ready for lamb for dinner. Chef's Table menu in restaurant had no lamb on it whatsoever. He ordered pork chop, allegedly a favorite; I ordered duck. Enjoyed my duck; pork chop so salty it couldn't be eaten. Restaurant took that item off our bill, but never offered to fix it or prepare something else. Hubby had butterscotch crème brulee for dessert; it was pre-made -- carmelization on top was old and there was zero butterscotch taste. $200 for a very poor experience.

We have dined at The Chef's Table before, and it lived up to the previous memories. I know our server had other tables, but it felt like we were his only customers. Perfect service. But the real reason for dining there is the food, and it is spectacular. We love to sit in the small room where you can see the kitchen, and they are amazing to watch. The menu changes seasonally, but it is a 3 course pre fixe dinner. Wine pairings are available, and they really work with the food.
I confess that I am a foie gras fan, and always order it for my first course. There is a small upcharge, but it is worth it! perfectly prepared every time. For the main course there are generally a fish, a beef, a pork chop and duck breast. My husband had the porcini rubbed filet mignon, and I had the double cut pork chop. Both were delicious. For desert my husband had the chocolate torte, which was almost like fudge, and I selected the sweet potato and white chocolate bread pudding. I would go back just for that bread pudding, if I didn't want to go anyway. My only issue is that there are 2 seatings - 5:30 and 8:00. But let me say that I fully understand the need. The meal deserves the time, and it is a small space. Make a reservation today. GO..

This was our second visit and this time our Aussie friends joined us. The tasting menu is always changing and the food is always amazing. The 3 course meal has many options for appetizers, entree and dessert. Our table order the apple and walnut salad and blue fin tuna tartare. Both appetizers were delicious. The entrees: 2 of us had the filet mignon which were cooked to perfection and the risotto was so creamy. The duck was not to fatty and our Aussie friend mentioned it was the best duck he has ever had. Now that is a great compliment because he travels all over the world. My husband had the white fish dish in a broth. He was very impressed with the flavor. Now dessert: We ended up ordering 1 of each. The sorbet was blackberry and cabernet (great combination), the chocolate creme brulee was made was dark chocolate, do I need to say more; the bread pudding is my husband favorite and didn't disappoint. We also ordered the strawberry dessert that had creme and pastry. The filling was excellent, but the pastry was hard to cut a fork through making the creme to spill out of the dessert. This will continue to be my favorite place to dine. I wish I would have taken pictures.

Intimate candle lit setting with a quiet noise level invites one to focus on the food. Three courses at $59 and change is a bargain for what you get. Starters hit it out of the park as do the desserts- great flavors, interesting combinations. Slightly uneven cooking bedevils the main courses. Baked beans were not quite cooked on the "Sunday Supper" thought it featured an outstanding pork chop and flavorfull collard greens. Fish was fresh superbly cooked on one visit, overcooked the next. Excellent coffee dusted fillet was under done on one visit, just right the next. Waitstaff is informed and attentive. The room is attractive. The wine pours are generous. The wait for food can be long though, and sadly that means one is inclinced not to send the food back. Do it anyway so they learn. This place has exceptional potential. Go and take your chances.

We recently went to the Chef's Table to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was a three course meal and we decided to add the wine pairing. The food was cooked well, the courses were spaced out very well and our server was quite knowledgeable and helpful. My wife has a food allergy and she was accommodated very well. I do wish that nice restaurants would ditch the cheesy battery operated candles.
