   We have been raving about Roma since it opened but last night was not the same experience. The food was mediocre, they brought our salads without any dressing, they served my husband a manhattan straight up and put a giant ice cube in it. The server seemed overwhelmed. Most likely won’t be recommending it anymore

   3 diners. They forgot the pasta in the two dinners that had pasta.. linguine and clams, all clams sans linguine, frutti di mare with linguine, you guessed it, sans linguine….the 3rd dinner wasn’t delivered until after the two mess ups. The restaurant had 5 tables in the restaurant. Imagine if they were busy. Our reservation was at 6:15 btw (early for a Sat night) We’ve been 4 times now and it’s just not getting better. There’s always an excuse of why food comes out different, messed up, why drinks take awhile etc Want to support the neighborhood but it’s getting difficult at this spot. Our server was as sweet as can be with issues that aren’t her fault at all but a situation she can’t really help

   Food is absolutely delicious. Our server Malia was also excellent. The portions are plentiful we all had food left over. The Paperdelle Alfredo was superb. We were celebrating a birthday as well and the restaurant gave us a complimentary piece of italian cheesecake, probably the best I’ve ever had. We didn’t even ask , it was a kind gesture. This restaurant will be on our permanent list when visiting Las Vegas!

   I had a great experience at Roma Kitchen, I got to the restaurant early, I enjoyed the ambiance, low lights, Frank Sentara playing in the Speakers and the tables were full. Thats always a good sign. I sat at the bar and Keri the bartender greeted me; she had a full bar, but my drink made it quickly. which made it easy to settle in until my friends showed. Kris was our waitress, and a complete value added. Very knowledgeable and attentive. She went out of her way to make us feel like the only table there. The booth was cozy, and our conversation ran all over while we discussed the many options on the menu. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan; it was delicious and large enough to share. I was already impressed but Chef Romo stopped by our table and took a minute to chat with us. All in all, I would recommend Roma Kitchen to everyone looking for great Italian food and I will be back often.

   I am sad to say i do not remember our servers name but she was outstanding! I was looking for something off the strip when I spotted your restaurant. I brought a group of 8 into your restaurant on Wednesday March 12. Everything was fresh, flavorful and well presented. I personally think it was as good or better than anything in the strip! We will return!!!

   We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. When we entered the restaurant, we were warmly greeted by the staff. Our server, Marley, was excellent. We started with cocktails, I had a traditional old fashioned and my husband had an old fashioned with a twist in the form of tequila. Both were delicious! Then we shared calamari. It was flavourful and melt in your mouth. The dipping sauce was really good! Next we shared the chicken Parmesan and it was outstanding. We shared the sides of broccoli and roasted potatoes. We had extra room for dessert. I had the cheesecake and my husband had the tiramisu. Both were perfect sweet endings for an amazing dinner out. I’d highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning!!

   The food was very average. The tomatoes in the. Caprese Salad were hard to cut. The marinara sauce did not have a robust flavor . The bread looked really good but it was extra.
