We went to the cheese and wine evening on a Friday night, was a lovely evening with lovely food and wine, the staff are wonderful and attentive, just a really nice place, will deffo go back.

Great date night venue for a seriously delicious cheese and charcuterie platter and a great bottle of wine. Fantastic friendly service and lovely ambience. Highly recommended local spot.

2nd visit for cheese n wine evening. Grapes were a bit soft this time but the board is very good, plenty for 2 people

Really enjoyable evening. Wine was excellent, the food platter for two people was very generous (we could not finish it all!) and the cheese in particular was delicious. Service was attentive but not too overbearing, and the little extras such as bringing over nuts and a carafe of water automatically were appreciated. The ambience was ideal for a catch-up with friends- a few other tables were occupied and there was background music but still able to hold a conversation without raising your voice (a rarity in many bars/restaurants it seems these days!)

Lovely local venue. Friendly staff. Great selection of cheese, charcuterie, pickles, bread and crackers. You will not go hungry. It was a little warm as we were seated under a low ceiling, but we would definitely go back.
