   Entered the restaurant at 5:45 PM and ordered wine and an appetizer. Appetizer came quickly and we ordered dinner at that time. Took a while to get the wine and at 6:30 asked the waiter where our dinner was and he said he would check. We were told it would be out shortly. About five minutes later food came out, but it was not what we ordered. Since we had a 7 PM show we had to go to. We were not able to eat dinner. The server did apologize and did not charge us for the wine or the appetizer, but we still left the restaurant eating dinner.

   I was there to eat before the show across the street. Beautiful place! If you have a show to watch give yourself enough time. Show was at 7 our reservation was at 5:45. Waitress gave us a drive-by greeting and had pink hair. It's irrelevant, I know but I feel doing that shows a lot about your professionalism. I had a good time despite being on time for my show in the back of my head. The food was good nothing to write about, although the bread was a bit waxy. The waitress was trying, Im sure there was as staff issue because the people next to us had left and their food was not picked up off the table and it was still there even after we left for the show. Again, if you have a show to watch give yourself time. It was a Friday too so.

   We chose from the Handheld section of the menu. Hubby got the catfish po boy and I got the smash burger. They were both very good. Their french fries are really good, too! Our server was excellent. Free parking in their garage is a plus, and we could keep our car there during a show at the Santander after dinner for no additional charge. I recommend!

   Was not a good experience. The flavor of the Buffalo sauce was great. The service was not good...too many tables per server. Would not recommend the entrees. Very limited menu.

   The entire staffs vibe was friendly with an energetic spirit that said: "relax, enjoy, I got you". We're already planning our next visit!

   Attended during Berks Jazz Fest. Food and service were amazing. Live music was outstanding.

    Cheese steaks we delicious, cocktails were very good, glad we had a reservation, as there was a show at the arena next door. Just outside the restaurant was as parking ticket validation machine for those eating and parking in their garage.
