From Back Home Hospitality comes Che Fico Parco Menlo, an evolution of Che Fico specifically created for the Peninsula located at Springline in Menlo Park.

Che Fico Parco Menlo takes inspiration from its critically acclaimed sister restaurant in San Francisco while adding new creations to its menu of Italian fare with California influences. Dishes of hand-rolled pasta, naturally fermented sourdough pizza, antipasti, meat, and fish celebrate the team’s’ passion for Italian cuisine and their dedication to using the best seasonal products from farmers and purveyors in the Bay area.

With a vibrant design by Jon De La Cruz, Che Fico Parco Menlo will be the premier destination for both business and social events with private dining options for up to 70 guests. In addition to the dining room, there is an all-season outdoor patio covered by a custom-built pergola with fans for summer nights and heaters for Menlo park 'winters'.

The food was well presented but not that flavorful. It seemed overpriced for what we received. The service was off despite many folks seemingly serving us (waiter, food runners, and still waited for drinks, etc). The noise level is high and difficult to hold conversations. We were outside and the lamps kept us nice and warm.

Good menu and unique twists on Italian in a new venue. Noise inside was rather high but it was a Friday during dinner hour.

Amazing food and service! We’ve previously enjoyed dinners at Che Fico in SF, and our first Menlo experience was equally as wonderful. We will definitely dine at Che Fico Menlo again soon!

This review is overdue as I have now dined at Che Fico in Menlo Park three times and each time has proved to be an exceptional experience. The food is delicious and unique; the Vongole en Crosta (steamed clams in a calzone-style enclosure made out of the restaurant's incredible pizza dough) is a delight and unique (however if you are a true pescatarian like myself, it does contain some meat in the butter that the clams are cooked in which I didn't know but they will make it without upon request). The Suppli aranchini appetizer is worth getting - so moist and delicious. The pizzas are thin-crust and wonderful - the Margherita with anchovies is just perfect. I also love the Che Fico chopped salad as the perfect accompaniment to any of the pizzas and pastas or as an entree. (The only downside to the salad is the price tag of $32 which doesn't feel right to me considering similar salads at comparable restaurants.) But the best part of the Che Figo experience is the warm and kind service and how everyone there will go out of their way to make the customer happy. Big shout out to Kevin behind the bar who is so warm, professional and very knowledgeable about the restaurant and its offerings. I would return and dine at the bar just to be in his lovely company. And Robert the manager is elegant, warm and also very accommodating. When I realized the Vongole had meat in the ingredients when it was presented at the table and I had to move it over to my husband, Robert saw to it that I had a replacement dish of delicious steamed clams in a tomato broth, even though I told him it wasn't necessary. Lastly, the soft serve ice cream for dessert is incredible. I never eat ice cream, but there is something about the bright freshness of their vanilla-strawberry swirl that I can't resist! So grazie mille Che Figo....you have a loyal customer in me! (Just please reconsider the price of the chopped salad!) Ciao, Robyn

Food was all delicious. Their chopped salad serves two and it the best around. Should be for $32. The pizzas are very light and creative. Loved the ramp pesto one. We're having the rest for dinner tonight. Octopus is a standout. Ice cream sandwiches are a delight - light and easy to share among 4 of us. Server was attentive and funny.

Maybe we caught them on a bad night...We had the Lasagna Verde - it looks really good, but was cold and almost devoid of Bolognese. There were some other issues, but I don't want to pile on. I doubt we will return, which is a bummer.
