   Ordered a burger medium rare--it came medium at best. I asked to change the "Cajun" cheese out because I don't like spicy. Waitress assured me that there isn't anything spicy about the cajun cheese. There was definitely spice in the cajun cheese. It only takes a little spice for me to think it's too spicy, but this wasn't regular cheddar cheese. Ambiance good. Selection good. Service good.

   Food is good. Ambience is rustic yet clean and well kept. But the service is horrendous. The restaurant was not remotely busy and we went 30 minutes with empty beer glasses until we finally had to waive down our server who was apparently busy chatting with and giving most of her attention to one table...

   We have recently dicovered the Chatterbox and have dined in several times. This past weeked, we ordered the fish and chips and they were awful. Soggy, not hot and very bland. Can you offer us a discount on a future meal? We did not want to send the order back at the time.

   Several weeks back we stopped in chatterbox it was quite busy we didn’t have a reservation and ended up leaving to go someplace else. with the use of OpenTable app it made for a really smooth evening no wait, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

   We went on an evening that had live music and it was a lot of fun! It just so happened to be our first time to the restaurant. The food was great, great options for kids, and so much energy in the place. We had fun and look forward to going back!

    From the minute you walk in to the moment you leave the service is impeccable. The hostess seating us is always asking how our day has been. The waitstaff is so friendly and kind. I was standing waiting for my son on the way out and another server saw that I had to go boxes and asked if I needed a bag. The manager whom I spoke with to tell all of this to was amazing / I am sure her leadership makes this one of the reasons the staff is beyond amazing. I can't praise this establishment enough. The delicious food is a bonus!!!
