Loved the outdoor patio with umbrella. The food was great. There were 4 people in our group and they all loved their entrees. Great menu! The swing seat looks inviting, maybe next time.

The Chatterbox is unexpectedly small insidel The head honcho would not allow us to go upstairs, saying only the outside and the bar areas were available. That ran against my grain, especially since I felt it might rain outside. I plain and simple did not like the place at all. We had planned to have dinner there, but instead got an appetizer and a cocktail and left.

Hi there! I’m sorry that you were upset about not being able to sit upstairs. The issue that day was that we only have 12 tables upstairs and we already had roughly 18 tables outside that already had food put in. There was zero rain in the forecast but as you said, it was definitely looking like rain. I had to make a call that would accommodate the tables that we had already sat in the event of rain. It was an unfortunate turn of events for our Friday evening as well, so I definitely understand your being upset. In the future if you do come back, please let the bartender know that you spoke with me. I’d be happy to accommodate you for your troubles, as I did for the rest of the tables that evening that were not able to be seated where they had planned.

Ordered a burger medium rare--it came medium at best. I asked to change the "Cajun" cheese out because I don't like spicy. Waitress assured me that there isn't anything spicy about the cajun cheese. There was definitely spice in the cajun cheese. It only takes a little spice for me to think it's too spicy, but this wasn't regular cheddar cheese. Ambiance good. Selection good. Service good.

Hi Jamie, Thank you for taking the time to give us this feedback. It is definitely full flavor, the description we receive a lot is "smokey" due to the smoked paprika. However, it is never our intention to mislead a guest and I feel terrible that was your experience. Our apologies for that, and the cook of your burger of course. Next time you're in, please mention if your food isn't cooked to your liking and we'd be happy to remake it for you. Thank you so much for leaving this review! Food is good. Ambience is rustic yet clean and well kept. But the service is horrendous. The restaurant was not remotely busy and we went 30 minutes with empty beer glasses until we finally had to waive down our server who was apparently busy chatting with and giving most of her attention to one table...

We have recently dicovered the Chatterbox and have dined in several times. This past weeked, we ordered the fish and chips and they were awful. Soggy, not hot and very bland. Can you offer us a discount on a future meal? We did not want to send the order back at the time.

Several weeks back we stopped in chatterbox it was quite busy we didn’t have a reservation and ended up leaving to go someplace else. with the use of OpenTable app it made for a really smooth evening no wait, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
