   Made a reservation for bar seating and my party of three was sat at the bar. We were expecting a bar table, not to be sat at a crowded bat. Host said that Open Table's reservations had both at the bar reservations and bar top reservations, but the only seating option for the bar area is "bar". We got the AYCE option and the steak came back MW instead of MR in the first round of food. We ordered our second round and one member of our party's oysters were "served to another table - sorry". It took 30+ minutes to get the oysters. Another member ordered the steak and after another delay the steak came back WD instead of MR. This time we sent that order of steak back. While waiting for the steak two of us decided to use the restroom. Upon returning to our seats, we came to discover that our drinks were gone and another party was sitting in our seats. When we asked the bartender what was going on, his answer was that he thought we left. Thought we left despite the third member of our party still there and we didn't pay? When we told the bartender they dumped our glasses of wine he brought us some glasses of water as a replacement instead. At this point we had enough and decided to get the check and get out. To add insult to injury, they slap an automatic 20% gratuity on the bill (the menu does state they do this) We discussed all this with the manager and host and got more BS. Won't be going back to this establishment.

   Unfortunately the food quality is way down from the time they started. The shrimp quality is not good. Potatoes that come with shrimp tasted old. The sauces used to be a lot better tasting. The bar attendant was great and attentive. However, the food has now became subpar.

   What a meal! Priced right for quality and top service. Josh did a great job. Fast fresh and five star food.

   Was a great first experience. The seafood was fresh and delicious and the accompanying sides were well prepared. I think the price vs value vs quality was a great balance! We did not do the buffet and ordered a la carte.

   Garrett’s customer service was top notch! The food was on point—fresh and cooked to perfection. None of the seafood was rubbery. The price is a little steep, but it was worth it. I will return!

   Food was amazing but really expensive. Might want to lower the prices just a smidge to get more traffic.

   First visit. Friendly staff and great service. The ambiance was nice, be we were expecting something more upscale as it is advertised as a luxury buffet. On our initial entrance, there was a strong odor of garlic which was a turn off. The smoked Old Fashioned cocktail was amazing. The beer should have been colder. We ended up ordering appetizers. The brussell sprouts, chargrilled oysters and blackened wings were seasoned well..although the oysters were really small and the wings were pretty big. The catfish tacos were ok but the fish could use more seasoning. The calamari was ok but it could have been cooked a little longer to crisp the outside batter. All of the food and drink selections were visually attractive. The garlic smell really over shadowed the experience.
