   The Naked Burger is fantastic. The Lemon Chicken was very tasty and moist. Love the Cauliflower appetizer too. Jessie is a great server. Everyone here is very hospitable. Chase's is still our favorite place to frequent!

   The service was slow and terrible. It started when we checked in. We were 30 minutes early so we told the hostess that we would be at the bar. She never came to get us. So we stayed at the bar and service. It was slow and the food was terrible. The bartender failed to ask us what type of whiskey we wanted from the various top shelf and each shot was 55.00 Not a good experience at all

   Service was excellent and food was great. Even though I had requested outdoor seating, it was a little too cold for my daughter and the host was so courteous in accommodating us inside at the last minute.

   Had yet another mixed night at chases. Food is fantastic. I went to an event a couple of weeks ago called cuisine of the foothills. Met the new chef. He is charming. His food is spot on. It made me give this place a 5th chance. Ever time I have come to this place the service is not great. 230 dollars for dinner service should have been better. I don’t know where they fall down but issues every time. So if you know this going in you will have hope for a good meal

   Food was excellent and served hot as it should be. seating was very good and they seem to mind that we lingered and talked. However, while the waiter took the time to write down our requested adjustments to the food ordered, when he delivered the food, most of what we asked was in the wind. Have had this experience before at Chase's. Otherwise, enjoyed the food.

    Nice place overall. We were looking for something close to Claremont as every place we tried was fully booked due to graduation weekend. Probably that was the reason why Chase’s ran out of some of their most popular drinks and entree choices. Our server really did her best by suggesting different choices. Also, We ordered a Mac and cheese that never reached our table. Besides those things, again, probably due to large tables around us celebrating grads and milestone birthdays, if local I’d recommend this place for a celebration or a nice Saturday dinner outing.

    The air conditioning continues to be a problem. Even though it was not hot outside the room temperature became very uncomfortable. We did not stay for desert but had to get out to the cool fresh air. Our server was very was very pleasant and spread very thin. She did the best she could do given all her tables. The food was good. No raves or complaints. Wish they had more side selections. Mashed potatoes are rather mundane.

    The hostess sat us at a table directly under a speaker mounted on the wall. The music was loud enough that our two senior guests were straining to hear table conversation. Didn’t pick up on the problem before the appetizer arrived or we would’ve requested to move. Made reservations on Open Table and indicated it was a birthday celebration. Unfortunately our server never said a word, and we figured maybe Chases doesn’t do birthdays. When leaving, a nearby table had a desert with a candle and guests at the table singing. Felt embarrassed that our grandson didn’t get to blow out a candle on his birthday. Wondering why Open Table asks if the reservations are for a special occasion, if that info is not passed along, or maybe the info was passed along and our server didn’t acknowledge. Carnivores liked the menu and the food.

    Chase's is one of few restaurant's where I can find many scrumptious choices for the Keto Diet. The Seasonal Fish is always the freshest and is a must! The Naked Hamburger is a 1/2 lb. hand crafted grilled patty that does not need to be enhanced by condiments. The special blend of extremely delicious seasonings and burger are unmatched. You've got to try it! Phillip is a great server. The staff are so warm and friendly too.

    I tried the Grouper Fresh Seasonal Fish. Wow! It truly is a Chef Specialty. What a pleasant tender white fish filet with a burst of delectable flavor in every bite! My husband thoroughly enjoyed the 16 oz Wood-Fire Grilled Wanderer Free Range New York Cut, pasture raised, barley finished, perfectly fired savory Steak. The fried broccolini was uniquely delicious too. Shawn was the best server ever! She was so attentive and hospitable. We always feel so welcomed at Chase's. That's why we dine here frequently as regulars.

    We ended up walking away from our table because of the lack of service and poor attendant attitude. The attendant seem to be ignoring the notes I left during reservation. I will never return to this restaurant. We were the only Asian customers there and felt very much out of the place

    Wife and I rarely get a date night. Made reservations for 7:15. Arrived at 6:45. Told we would be sat closer to reservation time despite many open tables. Host acted annoyed. Sat at 7:15. Waitress ignored us for a good 20 mins even with own bottle of wine on the table. No water, no I will be right there. Went to big party next to us, three times. Finally open our wine. Had to ask for water and put in order right then. Sitting for 1.25 hrs still no food. Finally salad came out. Asked 20 mins later about our dinner, she said lots of big parties ahead of us??? When food arrived it was good but come on. Customer service is gone. She also had a bus boy and someone collecting plates.

    Our group of retired educators goes to lunch once a month. we have tried 23 different restaurants in the local area. The real plus is if the restaurant will do separate bills.. Chase did this for us! The food was delicious and our server was friendly, helpful and she helped make our visit very pleasant.

    Chases never disappoints. My girfriends and I had an early brunch yesterday and it was wonderful. We had avocado toast, the grilled cheese brisket sandwich and the strawberry goat cheese crostinis. Everything was delicious, including the mimosas with peach juice.

    Birthday dinner with my husband. He has the surf and turf and I tried the wild boar…both dishes were delicious. It was our first time here and will be back. Jordan was excellent and very attentive to our needs. Great service.

    Our waitress was nice, but she had too many other tables demanding attention. In other words, they were way understaffed. We never got menus. We checked the menu on our phones. Took about 30 minutes to input our order but we were patient and were aware of the situation. We ordered fish/shrimp tacos and chips.... It was basically 5 chips thrown on a very small wooden block. They should update that menu item with a proper amount of chips on an actual plate or do french fries.

    As usual: * Impecciable service that is attentive from the moment we walked in to time to go home * Good work from the bar serving the table beverages from specialty drinks to straight pours. *Carefully crafted foods, from the appetizers through mains and desert, goodness in every bite **AND** the extra mile of great service and cooperation with one of our party having many types of allergies. -- All in all, the right way to eat our.     The food at this restaurant is inconsistent as is the service. Previously, both the food and service were excellent, but not this time. Had the risotto previously and it was delicious, but this time the risotto was watery - what's that all about!! Maybe they had a different chef, who knows. Service was mediocre. Since the restaurant wasn't crowded, the servers were sitting together up front and talking rather than attending to the few patrons there.

    My husband and I had a perfect date night here. Starting with the most wonderful Martini I've ever had, The Lavender Lemon Drop 🍸 Then we moved on to enjoy the Crab Cakes, which were SO delicious and honestly the best we've had in a long time. Flavorful, not over fried and greasy like many, and the seasoning was spot on. My husband had the Crown Pork, which came out looking gorgeous and huge, and cut like butter... He loved it! I had the Chicken Fried Chicken 😋 Have Mercy!! I was so excited seeing that on the menu because it's not super common, but it's one of my favorites. And let me tell you, Chase's Knocked It Outta The Park!! It was perfect from the well seasoned and cooked chicken to the mouth watering, buttery, mashed potatoes, and perfectly sauteed squash & carrots. Thought about dessert, they have a great variety, but instead opted for one last Lavender Lemon Drop Martini 😁 Which was 100% the right choice. I'm already looking forward to another date night there again as soon as possible. Hats off to Chef, his amazing kitchen staff, and the front of the house as well.     We decided to go to chases for my husbands birthday as a family of four we were seated and sat for 10 minutes before our server came. We then put in our entire order including appetizers at that point. The children’s burgers came out first and the buns were completely burnt when we brought it to the manager’s attention she agreed and took it back when she told the cooks we could hear “I told you so” from the back. We then waited another 25 min for our main course to come out . The server was spread too thin over too many tables and we decided not to waist more time waiting from r deserts. Disappointing experience overall.
