Chase Club

You can't beat eating at the beautiful Chase Park Plaza. The Chase Club is casual and the food and service is excellent.

We just had to get out of the house and decided to go to the Chase Club. It really felt like a night out, upbeat environment, good food, good service and felt totally safe. Social distancing was en force and tables appropriately spaced. Besides that, the hotel is decorated so gloriously it is worth the visit to step outside the Chase Club after a meal just to enjoy the Christmas ambiance! Enjoyed the night immensely!

Made reservation for 2 with outdoor seating. Our waiter brought water shortly after we were seated, but never returned. Waited 25 minutes before walking out.

Brunch was amazing! Beautiful socially distant terrace. Tuna poke and smoked salmon were excellent. Service was friendly and professional. Will be back!

I went here to grab brunch for my birthday and it was great. The waitress was super nice and attentive. They even gave me a mimosa for it being my birthday which was nice. The food was a perfect portion size and everything tasted great. Will definitely be returning!

Good social distancing. Food is consistently good. Server didn't write anything down and got a drink order wrong plus forgot one appetizer. Two different glasses of bourbon had fruit flies. Overall, great patio experience though and we'll always return.

Although the food was good, the menu options were very limited.

Limited menu, which is to be expected, but could use more healthy options outside of salads. Many burgers and a couple of other red meat options, no vegan, limited chicken. We sat outside. The drinks were tasty and it got off to a great start with a beautiful night for outdoor seating- lovely patio, but almost 2 hours in we didn’t have our dinner. I’m fact, I think they had to remake it because the 1st round sat so long. The only reason I say this is that the waitress told us 45 min. before we got our food that our food was up
And she would be right back with it. So many great restaurants in
that area, I would skip this one and try another.

Excellent ambiance on patio. Free Valet. Great food. It was a pleasure and we will go back very soon. Loved it!

Birthday lunch for five around the pool with perfect weather and wonderful celebration!

Delicious food and relaxing atmosphere for our getaway.

Had 3 cheese flatbread that was very undercooked and doughy to start with. Husband had the chicken sandwich and fries. Sandwich was average but fries were too salty to eat. I had a Caesar salad with shrimp. Dressing was odd- lacking in Caesar flavor, but very thick, creamy, and overpowering. Shrimp was a room temperature skewer that was over seasoned and also super salty.
The server and manager went overboard to make everything right. I think it was just an off night.

The menu was disappointing. We were looking for a date night, but found slightly upscale bar food. No good dessert options. Had to go elsewhere.

Always a great place. We sat outside with some great drinks and lovely appetizers.

Very good healthy menu. Buffalo cauliflower was delicious. Salad was fresh

Terrible service

The drinks were great but not consistent based on bartender making them. The atmosphere was amazing, along with the band.

At the time, there was a band playing so that was nice

May not be so appropriate for young children as a little noisy and it’s a sports bar. But good food!

They lost our reservation until I showed them my phone with my OT reservation. The waitress would go more then 20 min between times she checked in with including us placing our initial order. Other tables were seated and served before we received our drinks. She forgot part of our dinner order and when we asked to cancel the side she insisted it was on the way, more then halfway through the meal and refused to cancel the forgotten dish. The manager was kind enough to assure us the dish would be removed. Paying for the meal was another ordeal with the waitress, not worth going into. Not sure I’ll be rushing to return here.

As always beautiful people and great food

We had good food, but it was super noisy when we were there, wish we had chosen someplace else. Food and service were great and we'll try it again sometime when it is less crowded

Food was great. Service was a little slow. Entertainment was great but too loud.

We had our Christmas dinner at the Chase Club. What a fantastic experience! Our waitress Tia was so sweet and attentive! The food was wonderful. And the peppermint chocolate chip ice cream was awesome! Thank you for making our Christmas dinner an event to remember!

This place has potential. Unfortunately there was a lot of construction when we went for a weekday lunch. Our server Alex was great as well as the food! Will go back again!

Fun place, we'll be back. place has a cool vibe and the hotel looks magnificent.

Fun, classy place to hang out. Staff was very accomodating and professional. The quality of the drinks varied based on who was tending bar - all drinks were delicious, just some more than others.

We went for my friend’s 50th Birthday! We had so much fun and loved the band! Glen was a GREAT bartender!

Table was dirty at seating and the legs unbalanced so it rocked during the meal. Too loud for business conversation. The chicken sandwich was like trying to chew leather. Will not go back.

It was an easy place to grab a bit before a movie. Service was quick
