The best experience for first time going, went for my fiance birthday dinner. Service from the front door till you sit and leave is amazing! I will recommend requesting a table by the window view doesn’t get any better! We will definitely be back again

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing drinks, food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations of course will be back.

Wonderful service from start to finish. Our waiter, Steven was amazing! His attention to detail with everything throughout the night was the best I've seen. My anniversary night was so memorable thanks to the Chart House and their wonderful staff members. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

I chose chart house for the view of the city, to set up my proposal. The staff was incredibly accommodating, ensured the proposal went magically. Christopher, our waiter helped set everything up for me and even got us a video of the proposal. Can’t say enough good things

Surprised my significant other with a dinner at the chart House for her birthday. She loved it - especially the personalized birthday menu. Service was lovely and very attentive. We both got two different cuts of steak. I enjoyed mine. her filet mignon could have used a little bit more seasoning. We had a booth seat but the view oof the New York City skyline was immaculate. Overall, had a lovely experience; however there was a large party suit across from us and one of the guests seemed ill and kept coughing in our direction. That is no fault of the establishment though but it did put a damper on the evening. I would return.

We went for my birthday. We lucked out with a seat across from the window with a breathtaking view of the city skyline. The service was quick and we enjoyed every morsel of our dinners and desserts.

Nick, server, was incredible!!! The food, atmosphere and “The View” was all The Chart House. I’ve been going there for years and they never let me down. But Nick, he was on a whole different level. He provided great service which I only had at Michelin Star restaurants. Thanks Nick for making our Thanksgiving dinner experience a great one to remember!!!

For a holiday meal, the experience was severely disappointing. It’s amazing to me how many establishments fail to realize that people have dietary restrictions (in my case dairy sensitivity). For the holiday menu to be set and pre-portioned, without any consideration for people with dairy issues is incredible to me, all while not offering the regular menu as an alternative. My waitress made no attempt to discuss alternatives for my selection. My dish (with a rich butter sauce that coated the entire plate - a sauce that was also not mentioned or specified on the menu), was swapped out without any input from me, once flagged, and I ultimately decided to just take what I was served home, so I could try to edit it up to make an enjoyable. Either eat bland, pre-portioned unsatisfying cuisine or find something that you like that will have to come with a sauce or ingredients that you can’t deal with (as an example). Not ideal! I like the restaurant in general, but today’s Thanksgiving experience was truly disappointing. On the other hand, the cocktails are always on point. Joe and the guys at the bar are amazing & the location is top notch.

It was great. Food (Thanksgiving Traditional Entree) was good but a heavy on the salty side! Scenery of New York City Skyline is absolutely breathtaking to enjoy while dining. “Alex” our Waiter was hospitable, patient, full of smiles and efficient. Both entrees came with one starch each...not a single vegetable on the plate. Really Chart House? Like four string beans would have been an effort at least. For the prices they charge, it feels shabby.
