This is a high class restaurant perfect for special occasions. The view is magnificent. The food was excellent and the dining staff couldn't be more friendly, thoughtful and excellent. 5 stars all around!

Reservation was booked for 7:30pm, arrived 7:35pm due to parking, rest of the group went in 3 adults 1 toddler 1 infant was told table wasn’t ready due to full booking and the previous guest staying later than expected. Even I receive a text stating table ready at 7:30pm What was worse was the hostess told my wife who was carrying a child to sit at the bar and have a drink and wait for the table. We did not get seated till 8pm. Which was ridiculous because there’s clearly plenty of seat/table available. The table we was seated at didn’t even had a previous guest sitting there at the time we arrived so the person was clearly just making up any excuses just to keep us waiting at the front. Definetly needs to work on their reservation system because I had clearly requested a high chair along in open table so they still didn’t bring it out until I asked for it when seated. Food was fine, but the experience at the front just ruined the who dinning Experience, YMMV but I would prolly go else where

We went to Chart House for a birthday celebration, we had a wonderful time. Staff was very friendly and so was our waiter! Menu definitely needs more choice but overall a wonderful experience

We had a wonderful experience at the Chart House Restaurant. We had wine and apps in the bar before moving to our table for dinner. Edwin and Willy are very professional and took good care of us.....wine and apps. At dinner, we had a very efficient and outgoing Elizabeth (Liz). She made sure our Anniversary Dinner was wonderful. The always cordial GM came by to check on us and made our experience extra special. It was a night to remember! And the view of NYC!!!

Extremely beautiful setting to celebrate a special occasion. The view, drinks and food is top notch. Our waitress Aneisa was very kind and attentive. She went the extra mile to make sure it was a memorable evening. The custom menu was a very classy touch. 10/10

I had never been to Chart House and was excited to try it for the first time, as I typically hear good things. However I couldn’t have had a worse experience. This was the worst service I have had in a very long time. We sat waiting 20 minutes before we were even asked if we even wanted drinks. They then switched waiters on us causing more confusion. We then received our appetizers before our drinks even got to the table. To try and make it up to us they gave us cheap Prosecco and told us they would comp dessert for us; however they showed up to the table with one small lava cake for a group of 5 grown men. I’m appalled by the service that was provided and what we were charged for such awful service. Safe to say I will not be back.

The staff was really nice. Alex helped us and he was great! He gave us good menu recommendations and always checked up on us since My Wife and I were celebrating our Anniversary. The “Chart Your Course” option was good for the price- Choice of appetizer, main entree, and the lava cake for dessert -which was Amazing! We’ll definitely come back

Arguably the best Manhattan view from NJ. Caring and attentive service (but not too aggressive). Food was ok but a bit pricey. Obviously check included a price for the view and atmosphere. Overall good experience.

A perfect birthday brunch. The kimchee calamari is an absolute must! Regret not taking pics as our sea bass and lobster/shrimp carbonara were both spectacularly delicious 🙌🏽

Never disappoints!!! Food is always the best. Nothing like the molten lava cake….our waiter Steve, was the best! So knowledgeable about the menu and the wine selection. Couldn’t have a better server!!!I ordered the best mahi tuna and my hubby had the lobster shrimp carbonara. To top it out, The view is the best…Simply amazing!!!

It was ok, server was inattentive and maybe because we were a two top not ordering drinks while she had other potentially more lucrative tables. I usually tip very well but I don’t want to get treated differently for being a smaller table. It was nice to try but won’t come back.

Always love dinner at the Chart House. We first had a drink at the bar with Joe who was very nice. Then, our server, Waunita, in the dining room was outstanding. Food was great as always. Also, enjoyed a vist from Hans, the General Manager.

I dine at Chart House 2-3x per month and the service and food have always been good. This visit was special as my parents were celebrating their 43rd anniversary and I had to bring them to my fav place. It was their first time at Chart House and upon arriving I requested a table facing the water. The hosts were awesome and made sure we got our table, then came by to make sure we were happy with seating. Our server, Vernesca, made this evening absolutely perfect. She was patient, friendly, made great suggestions for my picky father, observant, and checked on us periodically. My parents are big on customer service and although I never experienced an issue, I must admit I was a bit nervous as they can be very critical. They had nothing but positive things to say about Vernesca and the way she interacted with the guests at her tables and overall service. That night reminded me why Chart House will forever be my favorite. To all the employees (my apologies for not remembering the front desk staff names) who made this night amazing for my parents, Thank you for all you do!

Some Food was dry (meat, potatoes) by the time we got it, appearing that it was left under heat lamps while waiting for it all to come out. Had to ask a second time for my wine which arrived half way through my meal. Waitress was fantastic, always trying to go above and beyond. She made us feel special celebrating our 2 birthdays. Very expensive for the value but of course the view is awesome. Took great pictures on the deck overlooking NYC.
