Nice birthday surprise

My husband and I enjoyed the evening celebrating our 10 year Anniversary here. The service was great, food was great and the atmosphere was amazing and made for an intimate dinner experience. We will be recommending dining at the Chart House to all of our friends and family!!

This dining experience was better than I expected. We had a small cozy booth right near the window and had such an attentive waitress . The food was so delicious and the beautiful scenery as we revolved around was so romantic.. what a way to celebrate our anniversary!iô

The cedar plank Salmon was to die for. All the food was delicious. Also, order the chocolate lava cake... you won't be disappointed!

I wish I could remember the name of our server to highlight her and feel bad that i didnt catch it but she made our night very special and the food was great. Taking into account that it was our anniversary she told us advice she had heard from an elderly couple and was attentive to us all night long. Thank you for a great night

Our waitress was very warm and friendly. She was also ver accomodating. Two of us out our group of four ordered salmon and they were out , but I was not disappointed. I ordered the filet, which was cooked to perfection and she gave us a free desert for the inconvenience.

The pomegranate martini is delicious and the shrimp & crab fondue is outstanding. Add the view and it was a perfect evening.

Also appreciated friendly, great service from our waitress, Julia.

Our waitress was fantastic. Food presentation was exceptional. View was spectacular. This dining experience will long be remembered.

Awesome! We really enjoyed having dinner and drinks. What made it special was sitting by the glass window with the beautiful view of San Antonio.The staff were very welcoming arriving and leaving and we will surely highly recommend The Chart House Restaurant

Everything was great. We got there early explored a little bit and when we had questions about anything we got detailed answers. It was an absolute beautiful setting in the restaurant and lounge. We had an excellent waiter as well. Loved our experience.

Our server was AWESOME!! She was so thorough and had great recommendations, the food was delicious and the view was awesome!! I was sad I was too full for dessert.

Cold food. Great server!

We had to check in at the bottom of the Tower to have our picture taken (not needed). Then had to check in again once we were up at the restaurant. Then waited and was seated 15 minutes late and that was after getting a hold of a manager. It really started off terrible with a bunch of young kids not doing their jobs, no supervision, poor for a high end restaurant. I will not dine there again, nor will I take friends or family.

For the price this is a good place to go. The food was amazing. Full of flavor and cooked well. I expected the service to be a bit more professional. The personnel running the hosting area seemed a bit unorganized. We weren’t seated until about 45 mins after our reservation time and there were many open tables. The restaurant was freezing. Both of us had on long sleeves and rushed to leave when we were done. There just seemed to be a lot of confusion. My girlfriend finished her food before my food came out. I think the guy bringing the food was confused because he’s bringing me steak and sides when I’m sitting with someone else that’s not receiving food. He sat the food down a couple of times looking for direction before I flagged him down. The servers were nice and the view was outstanding. Maybe customers like the ambience but the inside seems to be of the same material since the 80s. Not sure if I’ll go again.

I just recently had the opportunity to have dinner at the tower of America’s and my experience with service was terrible. From the minute my wife and I had been seated it I knew something was not right. It took nearly an hour and 15 minutes to bring me wife a salad and not only that but then to notify me that my appetizer was frozen. So they told me they would have to warm it up and the waitress came back 15 minutes only to tell me it just wasn’t going to work. They told me sorry but at the point it there wasn’t nothing to fix it. So many mistakes in their behalf they just couldn’t get right.

It is a must try for anyone visiting San Antonio. Most recommended for special occasions as the ambiance and view was spectacular. An experience to remember.

The only thing that could have done differently was bring our chopped spinach salad out at the same time with out sizzling mushrooms & potatoes.

The server Patrick was a true representation of the Chart House., I’d recommend anyone planning to dine there to ask to be seated at his section.

It was hot I mean sweating hot in the restaurant. The wait staff said Management was aware. Our server , Jeannette, was so rude. Slammed food down, seemed put out when we asked for a refill. Just an unpleasant lady. It was loud I mean loud! Food was good. View amazing.

My spouse and I had a very romantic Valentine dinner. The view is AMAZING. The service was great and everyone was very friendly and attentive, would definitely make this a place to celebrate special occasions!

It was an amazing experience. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. We had the Martini Flight, Filet Mignon, Snapper, and Lava cake.

Great place to eat food was perfect. The staff was very courteous.

Food and service were excellent. We went night before Valentine’s Day to beat the rush but they still offered their special Valentine’s Day menu which offered a 3-course meal with great choices plus a bottle of wine. Server, Patrick was very friendly and attentive. It was a little cool at first but I mentioned it and I think they turned down the air conditioning. Felt just a tad rushed at the end, but it was 8 pm and there were quite a few couples waiting for tables. Overall....excellent, beautiful and fun.

It was an experience. Certainly a nice view although be sure you go on a clear day/ evening. I think I will be back. It’s a good date night spot.

The Chart House at the Tower of the Americas was an excellent choice for our anniversary celebration. The ambiance was terrific especially with the night view of greater San Antonio, TX. Our service was excellent, the timing of the arrival of drinks, starters and the main courses was good. Overall, the price paid was a good value I feel for the quality of the food and the destination.

It's was great experience if you are looking for something new and different to try for a date night!

We had a wonderful time. Our waiter was fantastic -- very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and fun. He injected the perfect amount of personality, humor, and wit without being in any way distracting or overbearing, allowing my family to have a lovely and memorable experience that was still our own. He's very, very good at his job. And the food and ambience were fantastic! We even talked about making this a yearly tradition. Thanks!

We celebrated my birthday! My surprise was to see my name on the menú! Epic!🙌 service was awesome! I had to pay for my cake but it was ok. It was delicious! After having lunch at the tower you get free access to the deck! Definitely will come back soon!

It was our wedding anniversary. It was a pleasure like always at the chart house. Except of one couple who was very loud in talking and laughing and it was very disturbing for us and I’m sure for everyone else around them. Staff should have done something about that.

Just got super cold at random times. But overall experience was great and just would prefer a little more light
