TJ was fantastic! He made our dual celebration (Thanksgiving & our son's birthday) special. The food was excellent and the ambiance overall wasn't too noisy making it more enjoyable.

The Chart House was cold. We asked to be moved to a different table because it was right next to doors that led to the outside that let in. At the new table the heat was inconsistent and we asked it to be turned. It took awhile before it happened. As result we ate our meal while chilled.

We had a great overall experience, enjoying Thanksgiving dinner on the small side patio - we were the only ones out there so it was quiet, private and perfect! The heaters kept us comfortable and the views of the sunset and the water were perfect. On the positive side, the food was delicious, one of the hostesses, our server, and the manager were very attentive, professional, and friendly. One the negative, one of the two hostesses was really surly and had an unnecessary, very disinterested attitude that set a sour tone when we first arrived.

Soooo much better than the last time. It was Thanksgiving so we were worried but the table was ready when we got there. Our server was delightful. With the exception of the Turkey dinner, the food was great. We got to watch the lovely Arizona sunset over the lake. All in all, a very nice time.

One of the best meals ever. Service was wonderful and the food was absolutely awesome. The turkey was so moist and tender, the stuffing was great, and my brother and I agreed that the potatoes were some of the best we’ve ever had. The only criticism I have is that there was not enough gravy. As good as everything was, Thanksgiving is the time when the gravy plays a major role. Next time I will know task for some on the side. As is normal on Thanksgiving, we ate way too much and loved every morsel!

Our Thanksgiving experience was wonderful, and we appreciated the attentive and pleasant service, the reasonable price for a holiday meal, and the water view. This was my first time back at a Chart House in very many years, and I was glad to taste the outstanding New England clam chowder offered as a starter. Other than that, we did the traditional turkey dinner, which was very good with moist turkey and delicious stuffing and creamed spinach. Crispier skin on the turkey would be too much to expect given the volume of meals served, but having the pie warmed up a bit would have put the right finishing touch on the meal. I'll definitely go back for seafood soon.

They must have been having a difficult night. Our shrimp and scallops were both extremely over cooked. It took an hour to get our food. We had to ask to get bread and cocktails. The servers all seemed very frazzled and ours was particularly unfriendly.

Chart House surpassed all expectations! The ambiance was inviting, the service impeccable. From the Salmon to Prime Rib, each dish was outstanding. The salmons melted in the mouth, and the Chocolate Lava Cake was a sweet finale. Every detail reflected excellence. Chart House is now our top choice for an exceptional dining experience. Highly recommended!

Great Food and menu. Nice setting off a lake front. Haley our server was attentive and pace went well. Extensive wine menu and quite a few specialty drinks. Love the claim chowder and the mahi mahi with mango sauce was excellent as was the coconut crunchy shrimp entree. Just wish there was a location closer to our home.

Our table was divided between seafood and meat. The ones who ordered duck said it was delicious and would order it again. One ordered the wild mushrooms, scallops and shrimp and loved it. Two ordered the $55 menu soup/salad and the shrimp pasta. This also came with a molten chocolate lava cake. We all thoroughly enjoyed the evening and will return again.

The venue is beautiful with the water view. The food was okay, very heavy-handed on the garlic. Lmited gluten-free options. The server got the job done but was not very friendly. I did put that we were celebrating a birthday in my open table reservation, but the restaurant never acknowledged it. Would I go back, probably not.

This night was a disaster. I've waited to provide this feedback because I was too upset to write it earlier. CH pushed many, many emails advertising its Halloween special. We booked it. It was terrible from the start. The server announced they were slammed and that we'd better order fast. We ordered drinks. He came back for our dinner order before the drinks were served and told us we really should get going because there would be a delay. So we ordered - four of us ordered the shrimp special, one ordered the prime rib. The first course came...BEFORE the drinks arrived - took over 30 minutes to get drinks. They finally came while we were eating the first course. The main course came and they incorrectly delivered 3 shrimp entrees and 2 prime ribs. We corrected them and asked for the correct shrimp entrée. It took OVER 20 minutes to get the corrected dish. While I sat with no meal, a manager came by and asked why I had no food. I told him a mistake had been made. He disappeared and was never heard from again. My friends were done eating by the time my food showed up. We wanted more drinks, but the waiter never returned. All of those many, many emails AND the menu on the table said that the dessert was Mud Pie. NOPE...turns out that there was no Mud Pie...and we got crappy cheesecake. I wouldn't have ordered the special dinner if the dessert was cheesecake. The waiter said 'You might as well take it, you're paying for it." It took over 30 minutes to get the check - still with no drinks. The server claimed that his terminal was down. But other people were paying and leaving. No one offered and apology. No one offered any compensation for not serving us what we'd ordered. This is the second time I've observed one bartender servicing the entire bar AND restaurant. You shouldn't push specials if you don't have staff. Beautiful restaurant...please get the operation in order.

Special Halloween menu was fantastic. EveryTHing was fantastic and reasonablY priced. we got a table near the window and saw an Egret flying it was so beautiful. Service was great as we were not rushed. the prime rib and mud cake were the best!

Your best bet in Scottsdale. Great dining room, excellent service, coupled with an awesome menu with a great many options. Be sure to try the spinach salad with warm bacon dressing. The steaks, prime rib, are top notch. My wife enjoyed the duck this visit. Many fresh fish snd seafood options too. We’ll be sure to return.

My wife and I ate at the Chart House on October 27. She had a Caesar salad and the chicken while I had the ahi tuna appetizer and the filet mignon. We then split a piece of mud pie. We were pleased with the food and the service was excellent. If we didn't live in the west valley, I'm sure we would dine at the Chart House often. Nevertheless, I'm also sure we'll be back.

We were surprised that the restaurant wasn't busier. We requested an outside table but due to some lighting issues they sat us inside by a window in a corner with a lovely view. My wife and I split an a small plate and each had an entree. Every plate was prepared well with excellent service. The wine list is not extensive but plenty of choices for most wine drinkers. We had an excellent red blend costing less than $60 which is difficult to find at that price. A very nice experience and we will visit again.

This was our second visit. The decor of the restaurant is very nice as are the surroundings. Though not busy, the service was poor. The waiter never introduced himself or present the nightly specials. It took 3 requests to get bread, and even then it came well after the salads. The food came out reasonably well, though my spiced Ahi Tuna was bland. My wife's prime rib was cooked to perfection and tasted good. Perhaps realizing his issues, the waiter comped the dessert, though it would have been free anyway with our Marriott card. We will dine there again, but I hope the service will be better.

We had a marvelous belated birthday celebration for two in our party. The hostess was so kind to seat us at a perfect table that accomodated the handicaped friend and also had a wonderful view if the lake. Our server was Miles and he was the best. He gave us good suggestions and remembered all our requests. Everything was perfect, from the well made drinks to the incredible Chart house special 3 course dinner. The salmon shrimp was prepared perfectly, the steak was tender and delicious. Miles surprised us all with birthday desserts that everyone appreciated. We always come to celebrate all special occasions at the Chart House and this time was one of the best ever.

Beautiful setting on the water. Our waiter Miles was excellent: very attentive. My The food was very good however my wife felt the Veracruz sauce was missing something. The only other disappointment was related to the menu. Online it said swordfish was available. That turned out not to be the case. For a special occasion this is a perfect place to go.
