Chart House Salad Bar
Dinner was terrific. Service was Great.
Excellent dining experience. Great place for special occasions, business meetings. Service and ambience were superb. Food was beautifully prepared and delicious. Wine menu is extensive.
My wife had clam chowder and the crab cake for dinner and loved them both. I had the "Callahan Cut" of Prime Rib. It was very tough and really did not have much flavor. It's the only reason I come to Chart House so I was quite disappointed.
The service we received was spectacular as were beverages and our sides. Ambiance was very relaxing.
The waiter was very nice, but service was very slow. Drinks took too long, and we were never asked again.
Always good 👌🏻
From the front desk to the wait staff they made a very special anniversary perfect. Great job to all!
Great spot for celebrating our anniversary. Even gave us dessert on the house.
It was awesome and Lori our server was the best.
Amazing place. Strongly recommend for a date.
The patio overlooking the lake is open and is very romantic. Tiki torches a couple of drinks, a shrimp cocktail, and prime rib that was perfectly rare it exceeded our expectations and we have dined there before. The staff was masked and gloved and the tables distanced and the aisle ways are wide. Felt safe and comfortable for our first venture out.
It was our 10th anniversary, at the same place we had our wedding reception. Love the place and the service. Go there every year, and never disappointed.
The woman seating guests demeanor and wardrobe was more suited to a diner than a nice restaurant. Our waiter was personable, funny, and responsive. The coconut shrimp appetizer was excellent but the salmon and prime rib were average. Appreciated the distancing of seated tables and the masked wait staff.
We went to celebrate my moms birthday. The food was great. However, I had booked weeks in advanced asking for a great table and a special key lime dessert. None of which was provided. Disappointed.
The best NE clam chowder! The Prime Rib was excellent and cooked perfect (medium rare)! Coconut Shrimp is delicious too!
Great food! Portions just right. Great and polite waiter.
Food was not seasoned properly and the salmon was over cookes
When I made the reservation, I indicated that we were celebrating a birthday but it went unnoticed.
Sooo wonderful! A great menu...THE best clam chowder and prime rib in the valley!
The service was outstanding. The food was very good, and everyone in our group love the house salad, They did a very good job of pairing wine to the dish's
Server was inattentive and often nowhere to be seen. He never once refilled our wine glasses. Tenderloins ordered medium were cooked untli no ping showed and were gristly.
Our anniversary treat was a candle on the mud pie we had ordered.
The special lobster dish was a plateful of linguini with a few little pieces of lobster hidden in the messy mass of the pasta and its cream sauce. The manager was helpful and comped the tenderloin meal. However service like this and food of subpar standard is a new experience for us at Chart House.
Enjoyed dinner with my wife, son and my daughter-in-law. The food was very good and the service excellent.
Bartender, my martinis and the appetizers very good and a great value. Manager and hostess both did a nice job. Now to dinner. Waiter nice but very slow had to ask three times and wait for thirty minutes for my bill and desert. Told him as we were finishing our meal to bring my bill and the dessert to go. Prime rib way under cooked but I knew I would take some home for later so I accepted it as I would re-heat some later. Ordered a spinach salad got something else but it was good so I let it slide. Both lobster tails under cooked and cold. I have tried to be patient with all the changes restaurants have gone through but this was a big disappointment from from what is usually a solid restaurant.
Ordered rare, got well done.
Ordered medallions, got chunks.
Desserts were frozen and tasted like they came. From the freezer section at food city.
Entire meal appeared to have been pre-packaged.
Used to love Chart House, but they cured me of that this time.
Laurie was our server and was amazing
She was knowledgeable about the menu and the wines
We were very pleased with the whole evening and will return
We were there for Restaurant Week and had a great time! Nikko was our waiter and did a fantastic job!
Very relaxed and safe distancing during this Covid era.
My salad was removed from the table even though Ihad requested to keep it with my Entree? They said THEY'D. Make another which I didn't see until it was time to leave? They brought it to me in a box. The beef medallion was to be med. Rare but was rare and cold
The waiter said he'd speak with the manager regarding, but he or the manager never came to me about It? At least they couldn't ruin Desert.
Luckily tissue is not typical at the chart house, so I may go back. This night however for food and service was a total Bust.
Nice ambiance but the shrimp mezze plate was not well executed. The shrimp were overcooked and flavorless and one of main vegetables was a 3/8" full large slice of very lightly grilled at best red onion. Who would eat a full thick slice of red onion with a shrimp plate? Shouldn't have to tell the chef that. Wines are overpriced.
Martinis were too small. Tenderloin was not tender. Nice atmosphere.
We went to Chart House for both a birthday celebration and Restaurant Week. I used to love CH for its seafood and service. Now, not so much. Our server was prompt and friendly, but couldn’t get our orders correct. The food was satisfactory, but nothing that will have us craving to return. Still, it was good.
Everything was really good, but the waiter was not great
The food quality was horrible and the service was subpar. Very disappointing. I will not be back.
Love the ambience,a little bit more for quiet dining. Great view of the pond.
Clam chowder was awesome! Coconut shrimp presentation and taste speaks for itself!
The oriental shrimp was very delicious as well and tasted authentic.
He molten lava cake was ok, have to pre order it 30 minutes prior. Would skip the house bread otherwise....
Our waiter was amazing, food was amazing. They answered all questions we had about the menu. Everything tasted amazing! Place is so nice.
Always love Chart House, and this location was fantastic. Excellent Covid 19 distancing as well. Had us covered with a Mudpie for my wife's Birthday too!
We had a real nice evening , the food and ambiance were great
This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Scottsdale restaurant. It started upon arrival. There wasn't a host at the door. The manager was seating guests. The manager is the one person in the restaurant who is totally committed to guest satisfaction and now he was being utilized as a $14.00 per hour Host. Asinine! We were seated and asked to try a sample of two different wines. The first was spoiled. It had the bouquet of a musty root vegetable. The other was tasteless. We settled upon a Pinot Noir. It wasn't a fine wine, but was quite drinkable. Then our salads arrived, (Caesar) they were wilted and the dressing contained far too much Anchovy paste. We ate a bite or two and left the rest. Then our Prime Rib arrived. Which had spent so much time under the heat lamp that the Medium Rare we had ordered dried out to look raw to the eye. I know this because the plates were hot as hell. This happens when the meals are left in the pass out window for too long. The server took them back to the kitchen where they placed the dried top onto the hot grill and gave the meat a quick sear. We ate our prime and dessert was good. Then I asked for a coffee. The waiter brought me a cup that when finished, there was a thick ring of dried coffee from the last person to use the cup. I was totally sickened. The waiter presented the check. $138.00. I paid and we started to walk out. The Manager passed us while he was taking another party to their table. He smugly said, "Did you enjoy your meal"? We both replied, "No, it was the worst ever"! He said, wait for me, when I'm done, I'll come and see you. By this time I was just ready to leave and never return. This is a classic example of every employee being adequate at their jobs. I'll take my licks like a man but will never go there again.
It had been several years since I visited this neighborhood restaurant. It has been ready for redecorating for years, but seems even more so now. The view of the lake is fantastic and the waitress was attentive and graceful. The bill can add up quickly to $100.00 for two. My daughter had the delicious filet mignon and I had the shrimp coconut crusted shrimp appetizer and it was quite generous. We saved room for dessert and selected the “Florida key lime pie” for $10. We were feeling a little full so we took it home in a plastic container. It was not until we were home that I saw the sliver of gelatin like key lime pie. If it had been placed on our table, I would have refused it. In all fairness, a phone call to the restaurant, they took it off the bill and I truly appreciated the offer. This is a great neighborhood place that waits for a revival after the pandemic and back to its old glory.
Great service - love the atmosphere- they have an awesome happy hour.
Would recommend for any special occasion or just a casual happy hour.
