    My wive and have been married for 70 yrs. Needless to say we have eaten at many restaurants across the country. Very few Have met the overall great experience we received last night at the Melbourne Chart House. The service was professional, cordial and just great. Our server, Kelly was first class. It was my wife’s 78 Birthday dinner and Kelly gave her extra help selecting food that would meet her limited diet. Our seating was the best due to Our assigned hostess . The special Birthday menu is very unique. The most important was the food, it was great. Recommend for all especially special occasions. Thank you Chart House for an outstanding birthday dinner.

    Love brunch at the Melbourne Chart House, just wish they would offer different meal selections. We go frequently and always the same items to choose from 🙁 Gabby is the BEST!

    Wow. The Chart House is really in decline. Air conditioning was problematic so it was uncomfortably warm. This apparently is an ongoing issue since the humidity has clumped up the salt grinders. Staff confirmed it’s ongoing. There were a lot of open tables for a Friday night. I guess others have caught on already. The chop salad was tasteless and underdressed. The menu has changed for the worse. More limited and not nearly as good or interesting as it used to be. Entrees were adequate but no better than that. For the price, the food should be much more interesting and higher quality. Even the signature chocolate lava cake special dessert was bland and stale tasting. Cheap salt and pepper grinders on the table don’t work. Drinks were fine and our waiter was fine. Bottom line is this place is in serious decline. We won’t be back unless they make serious improvements.

    We had a family party of 7 and had a wonderful experience. Our server was excellent and the food was wonderful. I had the sea bass w lobster risotto and highly recommend it. Several of our party had the NY strip and the filet mignon. All reported their steaks were perfectly prepared and delicious. Will definitely be coming back
