Classy place with a wonderful view and outstanding service.

Location perfect right on the water the view of the sailboats and the porpoises added to an already enjoyable experience. Service outstanding very attentive and friendly but professional. Meals were cooked to perfection. Prime rib and a chicken dinner or too much to finish. Boxed it up I’m looking forward to finishing. Shared a salad which was plenty. Saving the best for last we had a mud pie which I highly recommend. Looking forward to my return to the special little gem of a restaurant.

Not bad, not great. Staff was friendly.
Food was a bit lackluster. Maybe it was just an off night for them. We will try it again down the road.

Our server was very nice, attentive and helpful. She made our visit relaxing and enjoyable.

Celebrated an 80th Birthday. The top of our menus had been printed with her name & a birthday salutation. Our server, Gerry, was excellent & made us all feel welcome. All staff were wearing masks appropriately & tables were spaced far enough apart to feel safe. Food & drink was delicious! Had a great special occasion evening!!

Took my wife here for her birthday and made a reservation. We are in our 20’s. Not sure if that’s why but the waitress treated us like second class citizens. They didn’t really do anything special for a birthday either or at least our waitress didn’t. Was very disappointed, especially after paying that much to be treated that way. Can’t say I’d go back. Food was good.

The food and service as always were excellent. Early dining menu available with great prices. Always pleased with our meal here!

Had issues with not getting bread, dessert mix up, & over cooked prime rib. Clam chowder & salmon were excellent

The food felt overpriced for the quality. Drinks tasted as if they sat at service bar for several minutes before hitting the table. The service was great and friendly.

New Years Eve dinner. The Chart House was a very good restaurant. Food was delicious. Service as above average but not excellent. My only complaint really is that it was way too crowded inside. The dining guests were seated way too close to each other. The Restaurant was not practicing CDC guidelines for dining in effect at present for the Covid 19 pandemic.

We love the Chart House in Melbourne, FL. We have gone often, except during the pandemic. The food and service are always excellent, BUT due to the pandemic, there is not much cherished salad bar...although we understand the reasons, and we won't hold our breaths until it returns (because of the uncertainty of the pandemic)...we are so disappointed that the wonderful salad bar is no longer there. It was one of the main motivations for going to the Chart House. However, the food and service and management make up for that shortcoming...especially the manager, Bill, who, although he hadn't seen us since the pandemic started...remembered my name, and of course, kidded me to no end. So, we love the place and will certainly return regularly.

We’ve been to Chart House Melbourne several times and again they did not disappoint!! It was New Year’s Eve and the service, the food and view were all amazing!!

We Years Eve but Anniversary!!

We celebrated New Years and my nephew’s engagement and couldn’t have been in a better place. Overlooking the water, he proposed right at sunset to the delight of the restaurant. The food was delicious & the service, as always (Sarah) was very attentive. Whenever we’re in the Melbourne area, this is a must stop for us.

The staff at this Charthouse is always professional, fun and genuinely interested in you having an enjoyable experience. They are personable, kind and engaging. The food is always delicious and served piping hot! No delays in service and wonderful fresh seafood! Sara was our server and she was incredible! What a sparkling personality and an experienced and precise style of service. Thanks for helping us celebrate our son in laws birthday! We will be back!!

Sarah was excellent. She was efficient, courteous and professional. We will certainly request her as our server from now on.

Excellent food and wait staff with great water view

Good food but it took forever to get things. We were there for almost 3 hours

We had an excellent meal! The salmon was done just as we ordered! Was so happy to enjoy the mud pie! Our waiter Donny was pleasant and helpful! We were delighted to see dolphins, manatees, pelicans feeding, and herons close by our table!

I hadn't been to the Charthouse in years. The food was good but the restaurant was out of both first two choices of entrees. Poor planning of that nature is simply not acceptable. Next, the restaurant ignored the concept of social distancing and people were just crammed in on top of each other. The health department should take a look at this. Ultimately, the food was good but they didn't have what we wanted and they weren't practicing social distancing. I would accordingly not recommend this place .I hope someone sees this message and corrects these issues.

we were seated at 7:30 took the waiter 10 mins to come by to ask for our drinks after a while we finally was able to order, 2 of our orders was prime ribs, 20 mins later our server came back to tell us they are out of prime ribs? Took him that long to tell us???? we ordered something else we did not get our food until 8:45 I understand they were busy but over an hour to get our food? they tuna I ordered was pretty bad took one bite that was all I was able to handle, the rice was so dried... my husband's salmon was over cooked... sorry for the price we paid it was not worth it....

Went for Christmas and very disappointed. No social distance. Everyone was literally inches apart and patrons not wearing mask. The place was packed like a sardine can. The noise level was so high that we could not talk at our table and hear. We decided to leave so can’t really rate the food but for the prices that it cost, I expect better.

We had reservation for 4 of us and ordered at 615 and finally got it at 725 . No appetizers. Food was not what it used to be. Christmas night so too crowded. 2 people had terrible heartburn . Chicken was very greasy!

Our meal was delicious, our location in the restaurant was perfect, however, under the Covid circumstances there was not enough space between tables. Basically the restaurant was over crowded. Way too many.
