    We were very disappointed with our experience. Overall we were there for almost 2 hours, most of it was spent waiting for our food and drinks. We were not offered the Early Dining menus and had to ask for them specifically. Our server forgot to put in our drink order so it took over 20 minutes before we had our drinks. While the food was good, it was not worth the cost, even with the Early Dining prices.

    Food and service was great! First time trying the salad bar! Probably will request no children seated next to us next time. They were cute but loud. Ty!

    It had been awhile since my friends and I had dined at the Chart House and it did not disappoint. The four of us had prime rib which was prepared as we ordered. Christian was an engaging server with a fun personality and offered excellent service. We enjoyed our dinner and drinks while also having a fun time!

    Wonderful Birthday Dinner with great drinks, salad bar, entrees (Snapper & Filet) and desserts. Our server Sam was delightful ….professional , attentive and courteous.

    We went for our anniversary and the staff welcomed us with a card and menus with a happy anniversary greeting personalized to us which we were able to take home. The food was excellent. Drinks well done. Atmosphere and water views pleasant. My wife did the fix price option which came with dessert. I got the Mac nut mahi mahi of the regular menu (Which was fabulous). Our server bought me slice of their famous mud pie on the house. We go to Chart House whenever we’re in Longboat Key. It never disappoints.
