Food was OK but everything else was a disaster. Waited 25 minutes to get a drink at the bar without success. The two bartenders were busy bussing food to folks at the bar. Check in at the hostess stand was a disaster. Not enough staff to clear tables. The manager had to do so. When seated waited way too long for service. Cocktails came a good 25 minutes after being ordered and were watered down by then. The main course came out literally on top of the appetizer course. Had to ask for bread plates and setups. A total zoo.

Really disappointing. Went for a special occasion and staff was indifferent, unhappy and fairly negative. While waiting for our table, 2 different waiters did not want to clear a spot for us to enjoy our cocktail. Seems poorly managed.

The Mahi was cold. The lobster tail tasted fishy. The service was slow.

Nice restaurant, service from waiter was very good but the service from the kitchen was terrible. 6:15 reservation and we were seated promptly but appitizers came out at 8pm after we asked twice why so slow. Then dinner was served late and cold on 5 of the 6 meals. Never delivered our vegetable side dish. We sent back swordfish and it was microwaved, still not warm. Our waiter finally told us he is having problems with the kitchen. Sorry to say but the manager on duty just gave a quick meaningless apology and was on his way. We thought we were coming to a nice restaurant planning to spend 500 dollars for a group of 6 people but what a disappointment. I'm sorry I did not read the surveys before me of the same cold food experience. My opinion is try somewhere else until they fix the kitchen.

We’ve been to the Charthouse many times-it is a favorite! My meal and experience was fantastic. Three of my fellow diners got the prime rib (something they are known for), and it was undercooked, grizzly, and fatty. The Charthouse did try to cook the meat longer, but it wasn’t good quality meat.

We have been coming to this Chart House for years all year long, not just season. Almost every Monday night, was the night our friends would come to get together. I had a reservation for 11 last night and would have sometimes up to 16. When we arrived we had a table at the end of the restaurant not the table we would always sit at. The table they assigned us had 11 chairs but it was so tight one of the chairs had about 2 to 3 inches of the corner table in front of it. I contacted the manager (Gary) and he said it was not right. He went to the front desk and came back and told us we could have a booth. We had tried a booth before and it did not work because our group has four handicapped people ages 96 to 71. When I said it would not work, Gary said nothing and walked away. Never came back. The table we always had, had one couple sitting there. Six of the group arrived about 30 minutes before us and had not received bread and butter and only had one drink brought to the table before I arrived. We all then sat there for at least 10 minutes. The server that was assigned us was so busy with other tables she had no time for us. I got up and spoke to Kristina, (the catering manager) about our service. Kristina was great and gave us a server that could help us. We pushed chairs together to fit the one that had no table space which made the entire side with the extra chair uncomfortable and they could not get up unless everyone moved there chair. By this time it was not a good evening, even with the new server (Julie) who was great and tried very hard. Gary never came to the table the rest of the evening or did not appear to help the rest of the servers who were very busy. Looks like we will not come back to the Chart House anytime soon. This location has had a large turn over the past year we believe it was due to the then manager Peter who left. We were hopeful this was going to be better with the new manager.

We have been dining at the Chart House consistently for years for birthdays and anniversaries and have always received top notch service and excellent food. However, tonight was the worst dining experience we have had at any restaurant.

From start to finish, our experience was a mess. What is usually a quiet and efficiently run restaurant was very chaotic and unorganized. We waited over 5 minutes just to check in with the host, and another 20 minutes to get seated. We then waited another 15 minutes to get ANY service. No water, no greeting, nothing. For an upscale restaurant, you would expect other servers or employees to take note that a table has been seated for 15 minutes with no service and notify a manager or greet the table themselves, but this was not the case.

Once we were acknowledged by our waiter, he took our drink and appetizer order, for which we waited another 20+ minutes for. One of our guests went to the salad bar, as usual, which was apparently very unorganized, and missing a few common items. Not the usual standard.

Once our actual appetizers were brought to the table, our waiter was MIA for another 15 minutes, before he came to check on us and take our entree order.

We then waited an abnormal amount of time to receive our entrees, which we figured was probably sitting in the kitchen drying out and getting cold. Luckily, however, our meals were delicious, up to the usual Chart House standards.

This experience was atrocious and not what you should expect from an upscale and expensive restaurant like Chart House. We're not sure if there is new management or if it was understaffed or if our waiter was just new, but we have never had such a terrible dining experience at any restaurant. It was clear by the ambiance that things were chaotic, not flowing smoothly, and unfortunately it reflected in our service. It will be a long time before we even consider dining here again, if ever.

I have been going to the Chart House for over 20 years. We went there on Sunday February 18th with Friends that We always go with and I have never waited so long to be served our food. Two of us went to the salad bar and got back to the table and ate our salad and they were big salads and then sat for about 10 more minutes before our Wives got There soup. I have been getting Prime Rib for over 20 years and it was the worst I have ever had. Just for Your information.

The food and menu selection is always great at Charthouse. The salad bar is exceptional. The service was very good with one exception, we request that the entrees not be served until we were completely finished with the salad bar, but this did not happen.

Quite possibly the worst dining experience I have ever had!

The food is dreadful. The service is horrible. The staff knows it is bad and does not care. It took over two hours to each lunch.

Maybe it is a real estate play because it sure as hell has given up on trying to be a restaurant.

And if you try to call them, they take about 50 rings to answer the phone no matter the time of day and then they want to put you on hold. Never let them put you on hold! You will be on hold forever.

When I looked at the menu on-line I was concerned about finding something I might like. Once there that concern disappeared. I eat lots of chicken and when my crusted chicken was delivered I fell in love. This was by far one of the BEST tasting pieces of chicken I have ever had. My wife ordered one of their Salmon dishes and she also enjoyed it immensely. The drinks were big and tasty.
Overall, we will be going back to enjoy the whole experience.
