   Our 2nd visit, this time for my husband's birthday. We were seated in the middle but with plenty of views as I asked for. We got Viktor as our server, he was personable & described the dishes accurately. Overall FANTASTIC experience!

   The Chart House has excellent service and the food is superb. We always order the prime rib medium rare. It is slow roasted, tender and delicious. Disappointed that they discontinued the tuna crudo but the tuna appetizer was delish. We’ll be back for sure.

   Our server Jen was great. Food was excellent and salad bar was awesome. The atmosphere was amazing as well as the whole experience.

   As always, a magnificent dining experience. Meagan was quite attentive at the bar, as she always is. Kathryn, our server was awesome! The meal was delicious, the seating spectacular. Peter, made sure everything was perfect! Thank you again for making our mother's day and friendship reunion of many years a great experience!

   Moose did a phenomenal job waiting on us. Food was good. Wish you offered red & yellow peppers on your salad buffet. Garlic potatoes were a little overcooked. Had a lovely table overlooking the water.

   Had just a miserable experience and will NEVER go back! Sat us 25 minutes after our 7pm reservation even though there were loads of empty tables because they thought they had already seated us! Only sat us after we asked what was going on? When we spoke to the manager, Helena, she smiled a lot but blamed it on the hostess and did nothing to make us feel better about the miscue. We also pointed out to Helena that the diners at the table next to ours were apparently long gone but the table was totally uncleared. We then pointed that out to our waiter--three times--who assured us that the staff knew and would be taking care of it. When we finished our meal more than 90 minutes later, the table next to ours was still uncleared. We had to look at their half eaten food throughout our entire meal. We also asked if the music could be turned down just a bit and were told "no, the manager (not Helena) likes it turned up." As far as the food, the oysters were fresh and quite good but the grouper and mahi were "just okay". You can get much better almost anywhere in Longboat Key, St. Armands or Lido, some places with comparable waterside views, with lightyear better service.

    Good location with water view. Service is excellent. Fish dishes are good but don’t order the prime rib. It’s poor.
