Bill, our server, was great

Ordered prime rib. Poor quality. Food was room temperature when served.

Bill was wonderful! He explained the menu and offered some great recommendations. One of the best New York strips and Twin Lobsters I’ve ever had.

The service just wasn't good. Order came out wrong - multiple issues. Very very slow. Food and presentation was delish tho. And the dining room was nice.

Food was good, but not outstanding. Service was slow as they were down staff for the evening. Our waiter had help, but cleaning the table was not a priority, as I bussed our own table after being served dinner since we had no room on our table. Ordered drinks from the bar took 20 min. I hope they can get some more waitstaff who would like to work.

Great food and great service

Ambiance is great. Service attentive. But our last visit I ordered the prime rib. Was not up to the Chart House standard. I did complain, but we were entertaining guest and I did not want to "get something else" and make everyone wait until I got another entry.
Disappointing.

Food was ok but service was not up to par. Been there many times but was not as good as usual.

Chart House was fantastic. Great food, great service, great drinks.

What a great meal, our waiter Jeff was all over it, food was awesome, I had the Snapper Hemingway and it was perfect.

Service was terrible . One salad not served , dirty dishes not removed from table until new plates put down , burger burnt , took one hour 15 minutes for entree .
Only nice thing is the view .

Against my better judgement, I decided to give the Chart House another chance and was again disappointed. The ambiance is great and the view is terrific, but the service was abysmal. Took forever to take our order and the food was dropped off and we never heard from our server again. My daughter’s salad was wrong and my wife needed salt and butter. My daughter finally just ate her salad because she was hungry and my wife had to go to the hostess stand to get salt because her food was getting cold. This was a similar experience to our first visit. I had to track down a manager to get our bill so we could leave.

The food was good, but we won’t be going back. Chart House is was too expensive to have that experience.

My rib steak was a little overdone but good. Probably did not specified correctly.
The atmosphere is always great and a table of six is just right for conversation and not crammed with plates. Of course the view is good and saw the increased outside dining improvements. Hope to be back soon.

The view is fantastic, the best part. The menu gives plenty of option but the portions are very small. 3 scallops and 3 smaller shrimp? maybe 4 oz of swordfish? Good but not a good value for the price.

Service was excellent. Food was great, expertly prepared but overpriced compared to other high end restaurants in town.

We ate there for Easter lunch. The view is breathtaking. The food was delicious and overall, it was wonderful. I recommend this restaurant!

My spinach salad was very good. My main course was Peach-Bourbon Glazed Scallops and Shrimp. My partner has chopped salad and thought it was good but thought a better lettuce should be used in the salad. Her main course was King Crab. Both Entrees were served while we were still eating our salads. The waiter offered to return the entrees until we were ready. When he brought them back the shrimp and scallops were tepid and the crab was cold. My partner returned the crab. They brought her another plate of crab. She had cracked a crab leg to try it and determined it was cold. When they brought her the second plate she could tell it was the same crab and they had just tried to reheat it. The manager brought a third plate of crab and assured her it was new crab. We could still she the same cracked pieces on the plate. After reheating it twice it was not very tasty. They comped us with one dessert.

Our view was breath-taking and our service by Bill was impeccable - a fantastic evening & meal!

If you go there once for dinner, you will likely go back again.

Excellent food presentation, taste, and good combos of entree/side dishes. Of course the view is outstanding and dolphins were “on cue” to entertain. Table distancing was COVID safe. Thanks. Only challenge area was trying to get our check so we could leave. Server was very busy.

Great place to bring friends and family from out of town to watch a beautiful sunset and gaze at beautiful water views. Food and service is excellent.

This was my birthday dinner with family in town. They were wonderful and very accommodating accommodating with out two young granddaughters joining us. Wonderful evening!!

The food was a little overpriced, but it was very good. We sat by the window and watched dolphins swimming in the water in front of us which was cool. Would definitely recommend as a great restaurant to celebrate a special occasion like a birthday or anniversary.

I ordered crusted Ahi Tuna. There was no Wasabi on the side and the kitchen ran out of Wasabi as per our server, Bill. The chef improvised a sauce close to Wasabi but was not tasty. The Restaurant should have informed us regarding Wasabi not being available or better yet, taken the item off of the menu.

Nice view and good food. Service left a bit to be desired. Steak had to be recooked and still had fat on it. We were celebrating our anniversary and no mention was made.

We arrived 2 minutes late and had to change the text number since I left the phone at home. The greeter never sent us a new text and after 30 minutes I needed to remind them our party of 5 was still waiting for a table. Once they realized they forgot they gave us a table in the corner. Additionally the wait time for service was long and it turned into a 2 1/2 hour meal. Once we received service the staff was very kind.

Food was a little cold when we got it. Especially the garlic mashed potatoes

We would recommend the Chart house for all your dining needs. The location is spectacular right on the water. The food was absolutely delicious, and Garrett our server was attentive and very nice.
We eat at the Chart House whenever we visit Sarasota.
Worth the trip. Thank you.

Great service, but for the money find somewhere else to dine.
