   HORRIBLE. We eat here everytime we stay on the island which is multiple times a year including coming for our Thanksgiving dinner every year and have never experience such a poor experience. The food was ok but service was horrific. Never checked on us after we received our apps, never cleared the plates, never asked if I wanted a 2nd glass of wine (and my 1st had to get sent back because the glass was so dirty) and I had even asked the food runner for a wine menu and was hoping for a nice glass of red with my steak BUT she never came back. They had the server with tables all over including the patio. When she finally came to clear our dinner, I let her know it was horrible and to cancel our dessert that she asked us about having when we first ordered our dinner. She then tried to just casually drop our check off (which btw was over $300 for 4 of us) I asked to see a manager. This young woman claimed to be the GM and clearly has no idea what she is doing. She was full of excuses saying people were in the hospital. Um ok but you should be managing your restaurant appropriately then. And then she just bought my $13 glass of wine and said have a good night. I am still in disbelief. The manager truly could have saved that whole experience and she chose not too. Poor girl is in way over her head running an upscale place like Chart House, she is probably a better fit at Chilis.

   We had drinks in the bar during happy hour before the meal. There was a wait as it was extremely busy. We were shown to out table right on time. The meal was of excellent quality. The staff were attentive if busy as the restaurant too was busy. Great location lovely evening

   Delicious food, one pasta, one steak and one grouper - sll wonderful. Service wasn't great- hard to get our server's attention. Had a reservation, lots of empty tables, but had to wait...Still overall a lovely dinner.

   Things were a little shaky. Server ordered one of us the wrong steak. I got a piece of prime rib that looked like it came from a 50 year-old cow. It was in different pieces. Strangest prime rib I've ever seen. It was also overcooked so I sent it back. Then they bring my guest his steak and it was the wrong steak. So I ended up eating his steak and they made him a new one. Crazy. But they reacted promptly. The manager removed my steak from the Bill, but charged me for all the sides and dessert that would've come with the dinner. That was a little odd . So once you added it up, it really wasn't much off considering that a steak had to be returned and one was delivered wrong and had to wait for the next one.  and by then his sides were cold. Go figure.

   We usually like the food at CH here in Longbiat But my dinner was not good this last time My caesar salad was all dark green leaves ( the hearts were at the salad bar) and the dressing was not good at all, glad I asked for it on the side I had the dinner special, shrimp and pasta in a pea/ pesto sauce. The dish was drenched in oil and there was too much garlic Couldn’t finish. My husbands filet was good but he didn’t care for the salad dressing ( thousand Island) Not up to their standard

   The food presentation was great, but I wasn’t a fan of how it tasted. Rice was hard and crunchy. The service could have been better. The restaurant was only half full, but it took a long time for dinner to be served at our table. We had been to other restaurants in area where everything had been excellent, but I found this restaurant to be a little disappointing.

   Only one from our party had ever been to the Chart house before so it was our inaugural visit for the most part. Our bartender was so charming and helpful, making suggestions and guiding us to fantastic choices. The happy hour selection is unsurpassed in the area as we have made it a mission to go to one almost every day. This is the top! Delicious food and a great wine selection for happy hour made it the perfect spot. Moussa(?) was a doll, eager to please and ready to serve. Highly recommend! Five stars without question.
