   We were celebrating our 30 th Anniversary and our daughters 1 year Anniversary. We got a great table. The view and sunset were spectacular!! The food was amazing and very reasonably priced. Our server Jeff made our experience so special. He was attentive and fun😊I would recommend highly.

   A short wait from our reserved time, 15 minutes. Rushed to table when it became available. Food and service were excellent. Yes, get the lava cake. Smaller serving was plenty. Thought it would be just a few bites but shared and still didn’t finish it. Absolutely a yes on the warm spinach salad. Dressing could have been warmer but it was delicious. I ordered the chopped salad but friend shared his spinach salad and it was heads above mine. I’ll order it next time. Prime rib was excellent. Very much enjoyed our experience and will return when back in Tahoe.

   Probably caught them on an off night. We were told they were short of help. From the initial greet at the table, time it took for the cocktails and food to be delivered, it was all very slow. King crab (2 orders) was not cracked open and the utensils given us were not user friendly. The quality of the crab was poor. Prime rib came out blood rare (ordered mr), when it was brought back out it was mw-well done. Server was pleasant and felt bad about the poor food quality. She told us she would get a manager, but he never even stopped by our table. We observed the manager just standing around and not really engaged in the shift. Felt bad for our server as she was left to handle the situation on her own. They did comp a portion of our tab which we appreciated since 3 out of our party of 4 did not eat dinner.

   We were very underwhelmed. Dining room was warm. Too bad no windows that opened. Gorgeous outside. Waitress was lovely but didn’t communicate some dairy free options and we ended up with a dish we wouldn’t have chosen. Ordered the mojito flight because they looked so pretty but our mojito experts declared they didn’t taste good or like mojitos and left it. We mentioned we didn’t like it but it wasn’t taken off the bill . It was an expensive meal and we felt meh about it sadly.

    Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the food Our waitress was very good only problem was we didn’t get the mushrooms with our meal and had to ask for them again. The view was really good and away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown. Parking could be better but overall it was great.

    Ordered the chop salad. It was very fresh and delicious. Ordered the baked Halibut. It was so tender and flavorful. Hubby ordered the paneed chicken and baked potato. He said it was the best chicken he's ever had. The waiter honored our 50th anniversary by presenting us a mud pie for dessert with a candle. The view of Lake Tahoe was lovely.

    Excellent food and excellent service. Make sure to make reservations because this place gets full for dinner. If you don't like loud noise while eating, this isn't for you. It's very loud, but that just shows you how energetic the place was. Our table was by a window so we had a wonderful view.

    Experience was HORRIBLE. As a Laundry’s Member I must say this was my first ever experience that was horrible at any of their establishments. From the food to the rushed and rude service, never again will we visit what used to be one of our favorite restaurants to eat in Tahoe. Riva Grill is the better option for a gorgeous view and delicious food.

    Everything was great on 8/5/22, The reason for our visit was because we came on 8/1/22 for our wedding anniversary and had a fantastic meal and a all around great evening on both occasions we’ll be back soon.

    First off, our server was fantastic. He had a very engaging personality and was helpful navigating the menu. The food was excellent as well. The filet with blue cheese on top was cooked medium rare which was perfect. The blackened swordfish with mango rice was moist and so tasty. The other item our party had was the prime rib which also was cooked perfectly and came with great horseradish that had quite a kick and garlic mashed potatoes. We were seating at a corner table for a great view of the lake and the trees. Such a great experience-we will be back again.

    The food was very good. The service started off very well, however turned bad. We asked for bread which never came. Waitress didn’t pick up all the plates before bringing the dessert. We piled them at the end of the table. Dishes still there when we got our espresso without sugar and spoons. We will give it another chance because of the view and food.

    For our 28th anniversary, we decided to celebrate the occasion by enjoying a nice evening out at dinner in the always scenic and amicable mountains of Tahoe. After many years of dining in the region, we chose the Charthouse due to previous experience and especially its always above and beyond detail to service and quality. This is one of our very best dining recommendations to anyone seeking pure bliss. Perfection Personified!

    Birthday celebration for my 12 yo granddaughter. She invited 2 bffs and it was wonderful. Chart House in STATELINE has always been a favorite. It’s consistent and the staff is friendly and the service is always great.

    Busy as our dinner reservation was at the same time as happy hour. Food and service was good. Nice drink selections. Low rating for ambiance as our table was in back room corner with no windows or view. We picked this location for lake view and sunset.

    We ride about 7:45 PM it was just about sunset and that view is absolutely amazing. We sat at the bar before sitting down the Bartender was amazing. We were then seated it probably takes 15 to 20 minutes to get a drink. Another 1520 minutes door and then 30 minutes to get her food. The food came out it was absolutely amazing OK will head steak and fish entrées everyone was extremely happy with the meal

    Wonderful place! The view alone (beautiful Lake Tahoe) is worth the visit! Dinner was excellent (my filet was cooked to perfection!), service outstanding & we’ll be back. Our party of 4 enjoyed everything!!they have fun cocktails & an amazing Happy Hour menu. ❤️❤️

    The Chart House never lets us down. We arrived early and enjoyed a cocktail and appetizer at the bar. Bar staff was very attentive but not pushy. When we were seated our bottle of wine, we brought was at the table waiting. Our server, Jack was very professional and provide great recommendations. The food was excellent. The lava cake was a must. Always look forward to coming to the Char House, Tahoe.
