We sat at 7:30. Food came for 2 of 3 at 8:50. At 9 pm I still had not gotten mine nor had server even returned from initial pour to give us more water. Complained to manager and she lackadaisically said sorry you are the only ones this has happened too. They did offer desert but who wants to sit there another hour. It will be a long time before I return again and they used to be a favorite.

Flew in from Baltimore for a business visit and reserved this place! The waitress was OUTSTANDING but my food was 10 out of 10! Salad bar was great and my prime rib was juicy! Loved it!

Our waiter, Bruce, was absolutely the BEST!!! He has been there forever and is the most attentive and knows the menu inside & out. All recommendations were spot on. The food was amazing. We will be back and will always ask for Bruce. Thank you Bruce!!

First visit and will not be our last. Love entrance and decor and that doesn't include the beautiful view from the table. Arrived early and were seated early next to the river. Pricilla our server was a delight and very engaging and had great menu knowledge. The wine selection and appetizer suggestions were spot on. We knew we were having the prime rib, so went with the $54 10oz set meal. And that was above and beyond. Cooked to correct temps well portioned servings. I elected the New England Clam Chowder and this was the only thing that stopped them from five stars. The chowder had no clam bits and was very watery. The only thing that partially saved it was flavor. Great job Chart House

We had reservations but the happy hour menu was only for the bar area. We wanted some adult beverages and appetizers and the split a meal so it worked out. The food was amazing. Service was as expected for a busy bar area.

We flew through traffic and got to Chart House at 5:10 for a 5:30 reservation. Protocol was seat to time of reservation. We sat on a bench in the hallway for 20 minutes. Not happy. Suggestion that we are shown to our table for 20 minutes of no service and get a drink at the bar. I had the Stone Crab, and our great waiter Larry fashioned a wet napkin to clean up at the end of the meal.

We were seated 15 minutes after our reservation time. We were trying to get to a theater performance, and the 15 minute delay made us rush thru drinks and dinner. At 5:45, I wouldn’t anticipate the delay.

This was our 10th year, celebrating Valentine’s Day together at Charthouse and it was the best yet. The steaks were cooked, absolutely perfect, as well as the lobster tails. It was incredible from start to finish, and we look forward to returning for our tradition again next year if not sooner.

Our server was awesome! She was a lady closer to my own age and she said her husband worked in the kitchen, she was an absolute delight!!!! I love this restaurant, the food is amazing,the ambiance is wonderful and you can stuff yourself and get a room at Southbank upstairs to sleep it off.

One appetizer (lobster bisque) delivered late, so cancelled. Waiter was good, and attentive. Fish (grilled sea bass, blackened grouper) was excellent. Fall vegetable side was ok. Too many hard Brussels sprouts. Cappuccino was long in coming.

The food was amazing. We had the lobster bisque, coconut shrimp, and mahi. They were all fantastic. The pomegranate mojito is delicious as well! They even personalized our menu for my mom’s birthday and rolled it with a ribbon to take home! They also brought a cheesecake as her birthday dessert.
