The prime rib was tender, juicy and flavorful. The salad bar had a good variety of fruits, lettuces, and toppings along with other mixed salads from which to choose. The waiter was attentive and polite (thank you!). Kim Chee Calamari was tasty but had an Asian ('Kim Chee") sauce drizzled over it ( which we would have had on the side). We had a delightful time and the view was superb.

We enjoyed tasty food and great service. Everything was fresh and cooked to order. Our only question is why they haven't updated the interior or exterior of the restaurant. The view of the river is beautiful. Come On Chart House complete the experience for everyone!

Chart House was on point with the view, food, and service as expected. The part that really sucked was the group table seated next to us, who honestly belonged at a college sports bar. They were all dressed overly causal for Chart House, were really loud, and were just grabbing food off the table like they hadn’t eaten in a week. I can’t believe management didn’t say something to them. The only thing i can think of is that they had just come from the recently ended Jaguars game.

The shrimp, avocado, and mango salsa stack was light and delicious. We enjoyed the grouper over mango sweet rice - enough for 2 to share. Don’t forget the baked lava cake. It was amazing.

They never disappoint. Every single detail is outstanding, every time!! When I decided that I wanted to celebrate my 60th birthday dinner with 15 of my girlfriends, I knew I was choosing the Chart House. It was my husband and I's 19th anniversary and we wanted to go somewhere special, I would say Chart House fell far short. The music playing while we looked out at our water view you would think would be soft, light music. Instead, the manager had music playing that you would here in a nightclub so not very relaxing. The people next to us were extremely loud and one of the people at the table was answering phone calls with his ringer turned up on maximum so you could hear it ringing halfway across the restaurant yet nobody said anything to him. Lastly and most important is the food and we must have caught them on a very bad night. The shrimp cocktail tasted really fishy like it had been out all day, the steak wasn't very good as it had no flavor and the King Salmon was overcooked and very gamey/fishy tasting. I left the restaurant with an aftertaste in my mouth of old seafood. The manager came by several times and so did the waiter apologizing because they could hear the table next to us, they could also see we were having a very bad dining experience yet the manager didn't offer to comp a cocktail or buy us a dessert, that can go a long way with someone when they are unhappy to see you at least tried to make something good out of a bad situation . We still left the waiter 20% for a tip because we both used to work in the industry in college and know what it is like to work for tips. Unfortunately we won't be back.

Can’t beat the River view from the fabulous window seating, but there’s really not a bad seat in the house as you can see the water from every table. We enjoyed lobster bisque and chopped salads as our starters. The bisque was topped with a sprinkling of shredded lobster; it was velvety and tasty, if on the slightly salty side - but that makes it a great soup for dipping bread in. Speaking of bread, the complimentary bread basket is not brought out automatically, but rather offered at the start of your meal (so that carb conscious and/or gluten-sensitive diners can decline). There’s something for everyone: hearty white rolls, medium brown cracked wheat rolls, and seeded crackers. Next were the entrees: prime rib with au jus and silky mashed potatoes (part of the $55 prix fixe menu), coconut shrimp with mango salsa sticky rice. Solid dishes, both cooked perfectly, though something to keep in mind: some cuts of the prime rib have more gristle than others. For dessert, we all opted for the individual lava cakes (this is the dessert offered on the prix fixe menu and their most popular dish on the dessert menu). It comes a La mode with vanilla ice cream; or you can ask about seasonal house made ice cream flavors, as I did. I selected strawberry, which was a great pairing with the rich, dark chocolate of the lava cake. It was intensely bright pink, so made for a visually striking presentation as well. Since it was my birthday, I also received a complimentary slice of the house mud pie ice box cake. This consisted of a mild mocha nut ice cream crusted with crushed dark chocolate cookie crumbles, enrobed in gloriously thick chocolate fudge ganache, and finished with fresh whipped cream. I am surprised to have been able to walk out after my meal. Overall, beautiful setting, good food, great service, and the perfect evening of celebration for my birthday.

Service since the minute you walk in was outstanding. We chose to sit at the bar to watch the Jaguar game and rapidly the bartender greeted us and let us know the specials/happy hour princes with some recommendations. All the recommendations were on point and so flavorful. The layout of the restaurant is gorgeous and setup in a manner to allow privacy but still a good time. The music wasn’t overly loud but still enough to be heard and enjoyed. This will definitely be my new spot.

Food was ok at best We are both Keto and server kept bringing bread and potatoes on the plates My wife got 5 pieces of asparagus for a side instead of her potatoes I asked for mushrooms and got a plate full of potatoes with my prime rib. Not really worth the money; ate at the one in Daytona the day prior and they couldn’t even cook a Crab cake correctly…

The food and service was delicious as always. The salad bar is amazing. If you want a quiet place to have a nice conversation this may not be the place as the rock music was extremely loud. It was actually bewildering as to why they would play that kind of music in that beautiful and serene atmosphere. Definitely a true dining experience (except for the noise) and Dusty, our server, was awesome!

This was our first visit to the Jacksonville Chart House, and we were extremely satisfied with the wonderful service and personalized care we received while dining. We were celebrating a special birthday, and our waiter. Terrel did a great job of helping us celebrate in a special way. The food was delicious and well presented. We enjoyed the black and blue salmon, the macadamia nut crusted mahi and prime rib. Our waiter brought out a special dessert lave cake for the birthday and serenaded us with his beautiful voice. The whole experience was A+++ from start to finish. With my request, they even customized the menu to celebrate this special birthday and wrapped it up with ribbon to take home as a keepsake! We highly recommend the Chart House and we will return in the future.

Everything was perfect! We booked here to celebrate my father’s 60th birthday. We had a party of 20. When we arrived the tables were already aligned and ready for us. Our waiter, Dillon, was immaculate! He gave us excellent service and the food tasted amazing! This was my first visit and I will definitely be back again.
