Our server provided excellent service. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about menu items. Our party of 6 all received meals at the same time & perfect temperature. We had great food (steaks & seafood)!

Always a nice atmosphere and the service is superb. I do have to admit the the traditional thanksgiving dinner was a bit underwhelming. However the regular menu dishes are wonderful

My husband and had Thanksgiving dinner at the Chart House with my brother and it was awesome in almost every way. Martini’s and wine were excellent. The dishes we ordered, prime rib and fish, were excellent with the exception of the smash potatoes, which I do not care for, and wish they would offer a baked potato instead…please! The lava cake was awesome; the sauce on the bread pudding was a little off. The service was excellent. The ambience is always excellent at the Chart House. The Chart House has come back into its own and is now a first rate restaurant again. We congratulate Landry’s for making this happen. The Chart House is a Jacksonville icon not to be missed! My only suggestion for improvement is to bring back the comfy tub chair seating in the bar.

First time going to a restaurant for Thanksgiving instead of cooking for family. My family was okay with our experience at the Chart House, yet we all agreed we would not do it again at this restaurant The food was good although timing of delivery was a bit lagged but not terrible. Service was slow. We were almost done with our main course before our dinner drinks arrived. Maybe the bar was short staffed? The restaurant was busy yet there were still a number of vacant tables around us. Again, the experience was okay but not what we were looking forward to.

We enjoyed our meal at Chart House! The steak was tender and the grouper with sticky rice was fresh. Our waiter was competent and helpful. This restaurant is unique and special in Jacksonville! The design and location on the river is well worth a visit!

Great food while watching the dolphins in the river. A great restaurant with an large parking lot and a salad bar does not exist anywhere else in Jacksonville. Quick trip across the river to the Florida Theater or the Moran and Jacoby theaters for Broadway or the Symphony. I have given up eating elsewhere.

We really enjoyed our dining experience at Chart House! We hadn’t been in a couple years and it was as awesome as we remember it in the past. The happy hour prime rib sliders were big & juicy! The special Halloween menu was excellent - plenty of great food - even some to take home. Amber provided us with superb service throughout our evening. We’ll be back again soon!

Arrived at opening, 430. Crowd started around 530. Lots of seating in bar area. All seating, except some of the bar area, is a river view. Was wonderful to see dolphins!..unexpected pleasure. You can also walk along the river and see the stadiums, a Navy ship, and some water traffic. Service impeccable..and engaging. Paced the food delivery perfectly. They have a prix fixe menu of choices for $55. Had a different special, and ordered wedge salad, prime rib, and mud pie. Served with a brown roll, white roll, and a couple cracker basket. Butter served in a swirl, which makes the ambiance along with a candle, and tablecloths. Will return!

We went to the Georgia / Florida game and decided to spend another night, so I looked for a place to have dinner, and came across this place and it was perfect! I loved it… will definitely be back next year after the game.

We have been coming to Chart House in Jacksonville for years. This year will be our last time. The server was incredible however the manager was absolutely rude and disrespectful. We waited over an hour and a half for our order to find out that they were out of that entree'. The Manager came over (not requested by us) and she was so unprofessional. We had not even complained yet, the Server sent her because he was embarrassed about the mismanagement of the food. The food came out cold and we waited another 30 minutes for our bill or anything. We paid our bill in full and left, I wish I knew the manager's name because quite frankly, we have never been treated like that before and she needs to find a new field of service, it was just awful. This will be our last trip to the Chart House in Jacksonville.

Man, I should’ve turned right around after walking in to see the giant salad bar. This place was straight out of the early 80s in every way. The most tired menu and flavors to match. What was probably a hot spot in 1983, doesn’t have anything to offer today. The decor was kind of gross. Old musty carpets and chair upholstery. Insanely overpriced for what should be at best be a grandparents dream date or a crazy night out after the insurance conference next door.

Have not been to a Chart House in years, and excited to now live near one of my all time favorite restaurants. The drinks were great, the fish wonderful. The only thing really, and I mean REALLY lacking was the Mud Pie. I have never eaten here without having their decedent mud pie for dessert. This time it was just Not good!!! The mainstay, coffee ice cream, had little to no coffee flavor. They added extra chocolate sauce, but dramatically decreased the oh so sweet whipped cream on the top. I think there were some nuts, but they were not noticeable. So Very disappointed, as I save myself for this dessert. Will be back to the restaurant, but will skip the dessert next time. I can make this at home so much better!

Loved the view. Plenty of parking. Serving sizes were much larger than expected. Our waiter was outstanding. We chose this due to proximity to a concert downtown. It was the perfect choice.
