Chart House Restaurant - Golden Nugget - Las Vegas Ratings and Reviews
We five had a splendid time. The waiter was phenomenal. He knew what to say, and when to say it. He was very knowledgeable of the menu, the wine, and his craft. This is a seafood house inside the Golden Nugget hotel in Las Vegas. An appetizer, called the Tower, were very cold slices of lobster, King Crab, oysters, and an Ahi tuna. The special that night was a Red snapper, wok-fried, and served vertically on a partial bed of rock salt. The meat was delicate and scrumptious. The chardonnay, by Kress, was a perfect accompaniment. About a C-Note per person, including two bottles of wine.
Oh! And did I tell you that the chef made us two Gran Marnier souffles? Order ahead of time. They were dreamy---a light caramelized crust on top, and fluffy, orange-flavored mousse inside. Not heavy. Real good.
This place is great for entertaining business clients or trying to impress a date. If you go there, your evening will be momentously successful. Make reservations.
My brother had a birthday on the 8th, my twin sister drove from Arizona, my godmother's daughter lives in Vegas and drove to meet us at the Chart house. We had an excellent view of the aquarium, and awesome meal. Our waitress was very attentive and very helpful.
We were able to visit with each other and share fond memories of our families.
My godmother's daughter is 76 years old and has cancer, so I was especially glad that we could dine and visit at the Chart house
We chose this restaurant to celebrate my husbands birthday with family members and it was very relaxing and everyone enjoyed themselves. The atmosphere and ambiance was warm and the wait staff was friendly and attentive. The food was great, an all around good dining experience.
We have celebrated our anniversary here for the past 3 years! The only complaint I have is more gluten free options on the menu! It was a nice gesture to bring out dessert for us but having celiacs disease I couldn’t eat it nor any other options for dessert! The server was well aware of my allergy.
Update, found out some of the guests dining with us had several errors on their bill. My parents Landry credit disappeared even though they had an email showing they had deferred the points. Our other guests had paid the gratuity not knowing it was already added in. I'm all for that on large parties but would be nice to have the server let you know it was on the bill. We always tip larger when they are upfront about it.
Delicious food as always and outstanding service from Harris!
Their Cesar Salad is of the best! We also tried one of the Crab Cakes to start with-definitely one of the best I have ever had.
I recommend saving room for their off the menu dessert, the Mud Pie is always to die for!
We had a lovely booth in the tunnel, it was nice, unfortunately a loud party which had....had too much to drink was next to us. Rather raucous.
The Manager came by & we spoke to him for a while, which was very nice.
Our food was outstanding & the homemade ice cream was a favorite!! Very Good, I would come back just for the Ice Cream.
A great experience all around, great service, good food and comfortable ambiance. Everyone stopped by out table to say hi and check on us, couldn't have asked for more. Food was out of this world, perfectly prepared and served. Thank you for making the evening fabulous.
The ambiance, food and waitstaff were outstanding. Our primary waitstaff, Kim Bui was a complete delight. I wrote the SVP of The Golden Nugget, Cindy O'Keefe, that the entire experience was most enjoyable. I would highly recommend The Chart House to locals and visitors. Thank you for "TOP NOTCH" in every category!
This is a very eliquant resturant. The food was the best and our service was first class. We go on cruises and have experienced wonderful dining. You are up there among the best. We visit the Nugget many times a year and this was our first time with you. We hope to dine with you again.
Visited on our Honeymoon, the service from we arrived was perfect. Our server, Brent, couldn’t of been more helpful, and the food was nothing short of amazing. It is a little bit on the expensive side, but nothing that’s not expected when your getting top class fillet mignon and lobster for dinner. Would definitely recommend, and will visit again if I’m in the area!
I always try and schedule a dinner at the Chart House at the Golden Nugget, when I am in Las Vegas for meetings, or particularly during vacation. Some of the items on the menu are seasonal, and are worth trying (the Farmer's Market Salad and the Roasted Beet Salad). It is a challenge to select a meal without selecting so many interesting choices (and thus getting too much to eat!).
We chose Chart House for the seafood menu and the aquarium appealed to us. Also the fact that it is situated in the Golden Nugget appealed too. It was a birthday celebration and our waiter totally spoiled us. He was very friendly and brought us a complimentary dessert. The aquarium is beautiful and the food was very good. All in all a memorable dining experience.
My wife and I went here for a anniversary dinner on October 19 ,2017 . The food was very good and the staff was very attentive without being annoying.
We had a very nice meal and at the end of the meal the entire staff gave us a card thanking us for having our anniversary dinner with them.
