This was one of the best dining experiences we have ever had from the food to the service to the ambience everything was A+
We had dinner for the first time here and OMG it was outstanding! The service, the food, the dessert..the special treatment for my hubby’s birthday. Just WOW! Highly recommend! Can’t wait to come back.
The Chart House team never ceases to amaze us! The food and service are outstanding! The personal service presented by the leadership team and servers is so rare and very much appreciated.
Our server, Janae was outstanding! We will definitely ask for her each time we are in town! (And we always stay at the Golden Nugget, so that's a given!!) The food was incredible! Everything cooked to perfection, flavors were amazing. The seafood tower was a hit!!!
Unfortunately, we both ordered Prime Rib, a big mistake. It came out recooked in order to get it medium which made the meat too tough to cut. The waiter understood perfectly and then we ordered the filet mignon which was perfect. With the big Beautiful aquarium staring us in the face, we couldn’t order fish. The restaurant is fine in other respects.
My blackened salmon was very, very tasty and hot; however, the rice and vegetable had definitely been sitting for a bit as they were cold. My husband's potato & vegetable were hot, but his steak was not hot at all. As we are staying at a hotel with no fridge, we chose not to have them replace the food with new plates as we did not want to wait that long for them to re-fire. The shrimp appetizer was excellent. Waiter did not seem happy that we did not want new food. Expected way more for the price of the food and the reviews we read about the restaurant on Yelp.
We were seated directly next to the aquarium and had a fabulous view the entire meal. Accompanied by fantastic and very attentive service, which made the meal all that more enjoyable. First we shared an appetizer of the Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail. For our main course, my spouse had the Specialty Platter and I had the Savory Shrimp Pasta, topped off with a Soufflé for dessert. A great time and a great meal; we'll be back again!
The restaurant was fine. Service was slow, but the server was nice. My husband had fish & chips and did not feel well after. It was not a wow, but not terrible.

The food and the service are very good. The portions are massive and the food is varied and has a high quality. Our only complains are that the place is very very noisy and we thought the location would be nicer. The restaurant is basically in the lobby of the hotel, so there can be a lot going on.
Our waiter Harris, was terrific. Very attentive but not over the top. We'd definitely ask for him again!
We returned to one of our favorite restaurants for our 49th St. Valentines Day Dinner. The Chim-Chi Calamari Appettiser was excellent. My wife’s Shrimp dish and my Seafood Platter were enjoyable as well. Our server (Leah) was excellent and on the ball.
Our only disappointment was with the Grand Marnier Soufflé. Dessert. The first one fell and was not served. A second one was made, (long wait in between) probably in a rush, and was nothing but merienge. We’ve enjoyed many Souffle’s over the years of marriage, it appeared in their haste to remake the dessert, a few critical ingredients were left out. After we commented to Leah it wasn’t right, on her own she went to her Manager and had it removed from our check, to our pleasant surprise.
We’ll still return to the restaurant, but next time order the Lava Cake for Dessert!
