Chilean Sea Bass
Awesome place to eat. View of the tank. Quality service. Would recommend for a nice night out.
SUPER overpriced for the taste!! Had much better seafood for a fraction of the price. Requested a spot right next to aquarium on my reservation, that didn’t happen.
Carissa our server was amazing. Food was great!
My moms 60th Birthday! Everything was perfect
Our server was quick, efficient and a pleasant company. The baked sea bass was fabulous. The calamari is quite a big plate!
The crunchy coconut shrimp, a longtime specialty of the Chart House, needed more coconut in the batter as the coconut flavor was missing. The lobster bisque was good although it arrived lukewarm and I had it sent back to be warmed. My dining partner had the paneed chicken which was very good and the house salad was large and tasty. Our waiter was very attentive and took care of our requests immediately; he was outstanding. While the floor-to-ceiling aquarium is worth viewing, the noise level needs to be reduced somewhat to be a great special occasion restaurant. I’ve dined at the Chart House for special occasions since 1988 but now I think that it is just another brand in the massive corporate structure, losing some of its luster along the way.
Our server, Donnie, made the entire experience “10.” His knowing the menu and recommendations for sauces to go along with multiple proteins made everyone’s meal simply spectacular. He proved what a superior server can do to enhance the dining experience. We all have extreme accolades for Donnie.
Service was great and the food outstanding, love watching the fish swim by while dining.
Excellent dinner. The waitress, Christina, was awesome. Knew the menu and the specifics of the meals.
Great food, melt in your mouth prime rib! Ahi was perfection.
I have grate moment there with my wife she love’s the food we will came back !
We've been there a few times before, and this visit was just as great
Chart House is one of the best Seafood experiences in Las Vegas.
Was a last minute decision we did not regret. Do again
The atmosphere is perfect along with the food and service.
Great food. Excellent service.
Beautiful restaurant food and service was wonderful!
Beautiful restaurant. Enjoyed the atmosphere as much as the excellent meal. Our server was full of knowledge about the menu, drinks and the fish in the aquarium.
Hostess' were welcoming and promptly seated us. Rob, our waiter, welcomed us, too and offered drink orders. Rob returned with our drinks and took our entrée orders. Our entrees were delicious and beautifully plated. Rob continued to check on us, to ensure we were having a great dining experience. Rob exhibits great customer service.
Great calamari and shrimp cocktail, was a superb way to end the evening .
Atmosphere is outstanding with huge aquarium and very large fish swimming around. Service was good and prompt. Manager came around to check table after appetizers were served and before main dish was served. Main meals were poor at best. Three of us had Mahi-Mahi prepared three different ways and each meal was significantly overcooked. Fourth had seafood pot pie and it was average.
Took Rez for 10 pm out of oysters on half shell out of large lobster tails been nice if informed before seating
A warm welcome greets you and the waiters are warm and friendly so the service is excellent and the cuisine is wonderful. All that makes it our favorite restaurant.
Food was just ok. We were expecting much better food and nicer setting, based on the cost and brand. Service was also just ok. We both ordered both soup and salad along with entrees. The server did not ask if we would like the salad or soup first and brought them at the same time.
A rush of diners at 645 led to a fairly slow beginning as the drinks were ordered but not delivered for nearly 15 mintues. Also the appetizer was a littel slow to comeout. However after that it was very fine dining. Beautiful setting, very nice featured red wine, and the food was truly delicous. A tad pricey, but at least this place was worth it. And they validated parking !
We loved our Chart House experience so much on Monday night that we went back on Wednesday evening. Edward was server was totally awesome. The food was incredible. We wish we had our Chart House in Indy!
We were delayed 2.0 minutes, but food was great!
I suspect that the problems we encountered with mediocre service were systemic and not primarily our servers fault. Never the less, our experience was marred by inattentive and poorly timed service. Other than that, we liked the restaurant.
Let me first say that I work in the restaurant industry, so it's hard to be judgemental with everything that is going on. However, we are paying higher prices for better service and food. With that said...
Made our reservation. Checked the box for Birthdays. We had 2 of them. Never acknowledged when we arrived.
Waiter was friendly, but maybe standards have changed, but had to ask for additional beverages, butter, etc.
My wife had the Prime Rib and that was excellent!!
The others in our group had the chicken and another had the steak.
I had the seafood pot pie. It was not anything like the picture from their website. The pastry was huge, basically covering the lack of scallops and lobster in the dish. The lobster and scallops that were noticeable, were tiny little pieces. There were several shrimp, but nothing like the picture. The sauce was bland.
Before the meal we had Lobster Bisque, which was very good. The Clam Chowder was runny and bland. I needed to add a bunch of pepper to give it some flavor.
When it came to dessert, our waiter forgot to tell us that the Lava Cake needs 30 minutes to make and of course, that is what we wanted. They were able to put together a mini lava cake. I hate to assume, but microwaved??
For a place to promotes their seafood, it was a big miss on their part.
Again, maybe some of the issues that the industry is facing right now contributed to this. However, if you don't have the proper ingredients to plate a presentable dish, then you pull it off the menu. 86 it. Plain and simple.
This was definitely not an experience I will rush back for, but some of the others had great meals. None of them had the seafood. Strange.
The Chart House offers a wonderfully relaxed ambience. Our Waitress was wonderful. Our entrées are beautifully plated and delicious. And our dessert was so great!
Good loved fresh oysters
The crab and coconut crunchy shrimp was absolutely delicious!! Also loved that there was a large fish tank in the restaurant, it really adds to the experience.
We had excellent food and even better service. We were never rushed either, which I really appreciate!
The restaurant is fun with the big fish tank. Our waiter was fantastic!
The Chart House is more than a restaurant, it is an experience! We were seated next to the aquarium, and it was absolutely stunning. The food was amazing and the service was remarkable. If you haven't been there.. i truly recommend you check them out.
Great ambience, the fish tank is beautiful. Very nice place, we go there every time we visit Vegas. It never disappoints.
The hostesses were too busy eating and texting that they didn't even notice us arriving. We watched the young lady take a couple bites and while she was getting us to the table she was trying to chew her food and speak to us . They didn't follow my special request and the waiting time for a drink was ridiculous for food was worse and we were almost served the wrong desert . This was a very disappointing experience.
We arrived expecting to order the Halloween special menu which had been advertised to us through an email from Landry’s Select Club. The Las Vegas location was listed under the special, so we made reservations.
Once we were seated, Michael, the manager, explained that he did not offer that special and said they did not have the food to prepare the special. He did offer two free desserts “to sweeten the evening”. Unfortunately when we pointed out similar entrees on the menu (e.g. salmon, three style shrimp), he just repeated that he did not offer the special.
What bothered me most was Michael’s attitude. The menu included an everyday special for $55. He could have easily pointed out that special, and offered $10 off (same as the cost of his offered free dessert). Instead he attempted to make us uncomfortable about our request for the special. When we said we were leaving, Michael was surprised and stated that we will find no where to eat! He never acknowledged my Landry’s Select Club membership even though I held it up and played with it while talking.
All in all, it was an unpleasant experience and not was I am used to from Landry’s restaurants.
Upon our arrival we were seated immediately and the service was second to none the food was enjoyable the atmosphere was great and the ambience of the large fish tank was very relaxing
