    We were disappointed with the menu which we thought we’d been reading while planning our trip. Server said nope, new menu! Sadly the dishes we were looking forward to the most (and 2nd and 3rd choices too) were no longer available. Sure wanted that miso glazed fish with Wasabi mash! On the other hand, husband said the pasta in his shrimp dish was the best he’d ever had.

    The restaurant is beautiful. We were seated next to the aquarium and loved it. I ordered sea bass which was a large chunk of fish with a tough uneatable area through the center of it. The server said she would tell the chef and did not come back to check on us. In the meantime the manger was visiting tables and inquiring about the food. I told him how we were enjoying the restaurant and told him about the poor cut of fish I had. He did not respond and walked away. Based on this with no resolution for a poor cut of fish I am giving them a less than stellar review.

    We had a great experience dining at the Chart House. The foot was great as was our Server. We would eat there again. The Crab Cake is very good as well as the Shrimp Trio. I also very much enjoyed the Chocolate and Bourbon drink.

    We had a wonderful view of the fish tank and it was calm and quiet during our dinner. The service and food were great, and the atmosphere was outstanding. I would definitely recommend it for date night.

    Very nice ambiance. Service was excellent, to include the hostess, waiter, and bus staff. Best crab cake appetizer I’ve ever had! Crab cake served on a deep fried soft shell crab. Wife had shrimp and scallops, cooked to perfection, not overcooked as other places. My steak was also grilled to perfection. A definite diamond in downtown!

    My 8 year old son had a rough day, one and I couldn’t believe he agreed to go to dinner. The restaurant blessed us with a fantastic table next to the stingray’s sleeping spot. He was mesmerized all dinner! The food was delicious, but best of all Tiffany treated us so well with a smile and understanding and total respect. Five stars all around!

    Sea bass very fishy although pretty presentation. Not cooked to week. The filet mignon was way too salty. The pork belly was cooked enough and the octopus just wasn’t what we expected.

    Everything about this place was great. Our server was constantly checking in on us and she was very friendly and personable, she made us feel really comfortable. All the food we ordered was sooo delicious and the prices were very reasonable, which is rare for Vegas. The drinks were great and it was so cool eating dinner next to an aquarium!

    Did not meet expectations. The service was great besides a couple hostesses that seemed like they were forcing a smile, the ambiance was amazing being sat across from the fish tank. The food was underwhelming and bland. The presentation was ok, but it was lacking in good quality and flavor especially for this price point which we are very much used eating at fine dining restaurants.

    We celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary yesterday. We had dinner at the Chart House. The food was fantastic, the aquarium was beautiful and our server, Kiara, was so sweet! She did a fantastic job!! Very personable and made the dinner even more special. I would definitely ask to be seated in her section when we return! Thank you
